This company charged my credit card $89.92, I didn't authorize these charges. When I called the company they stated that I had received a free trial
This is a fraudulent charge to my card.

Desired Outcome

I would like my $89.92 refunded as I did not order or receive any product from this merchant.

After analyzing Ms ***'s complaint we want to apologize for your experience with our product and for any confusion. The package you received is a full thirty day supply, we do not offer sample sizes. We sent you a full size bottle and allow you to try it for the 14 day trial period to see if you like it, for just the cost of shipping and handling. If you like the product after your trial, you are billed for the actual cost of the product and enrolled in a monthly subscription. The reason we send you a full 30 day supply to try is because of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results. Our records indicate Ms *** accepted a 35% refund of $31.47 when she called in on 09/19.Because customer satisfaction is important to us, we have refunded the remainder of the charge for the amount of $58.45 Total refund $89.92. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on to her bank account. In addition,Ms ***'s account with us is inactive; therefore, she will not receive any further shipments. We hope she is satisfied with our business and we would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

False Advertising and unethical business practices.
I ordered a free trial size of the Regenere Skin Cream on June 5th. I have an email to prove it.They said all I had to pay for was the $4.99 shipping charge; which I did. I immediately noticed that they had added 2 additional products to my order. I immediately called and canceled the order. I have an email to prove it.Now, an almost $90.00 charge is appearing in my checking account. This is wrong! And now they are saying that I have to return at my own expense the originally "free" trial size skin cream. In addition, they said that they are going to charge me a $10.00 restocking fee!This is false advertising and a bait and switch scheme!

Desired Outcome

A refund for the almost $90.00 and to keep the "free" trial size sample as advertised.

Because we do not offer sample sizes we allow you to try a full 30 day supply of our product for free at only the cost of shipping and handling for 14 days beginning on the day you place the order. Once the trial period has expired, if not cancelled, you are billed the retail price of the product. Our records indicate you had your account cancelled when you called in on 6/19. Because customer satisfaction is very important to us, we have refunded Ms. for the amount of $89.92 on the very same day. The Transaction ID number will be provided below. In addition, her account with us was cancelled and so she will not receive any further shipments. We hope she is satisfied with our business and we would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

signed up for a free trial. Now they are billing me 90.00 and said I wanted a subscription. It never showed that!
I ordered a free trial, pay for shipping only @4.95. I now received another cream and they billed me full price @89.98. I called and stated I did not sign up for this and Rita hung up on me. I called back and spoke to Carlos 246 and told him the same thing, I wanted to speak to a supervisor and he said their were none. I wanted him to credit my account and he said not until the product was back. I then said send me an email that guarantees my credit once the product is returned and he said he couldn't do that. At this point I am furious and said I was going to get a lawyer and contact you. I wanted to know where the email that he said he sent confirming my cancellation was and he immediately said check your spam. This being said, they know that all their emails are sent to spam so the consumer is not aware of any notifications.

my charge card credited back and false advertisement charges so no one else is a predator to this company

Dishonest sales practice of Regenere Skin Cream
I received one shipment of this product, which my husband had ordered for me on the internet. He did not realize he had ordered recurring shipments. After the 2nd shipment came, he wrote and email requesting that they cancel all further shipments. Today, the third shipment came, and their representative refused to allow a return for a full refund, even though the product was unopened. She offered me her best discount first of a 60% discount, which brought the price down from $90 approx, to $36.00 approx. I complained and threatened to contact the Revdex.com in their area, and the best she could offer me was to again reduce the price by another 50%. She told me if I were to return the product, they would charge me a $9.00 restocking fee, and of course I would have postage fees to pay. I was angry about the strong arm tactic, but I felt it was my best option at the moment, but I did promise her I would still report them, which I am doing. She issued an email which states that they will be crediting my $17.98 to the credit card they had on file. But I will have to allow 3-10 business days. If do not receive that refund, I will be calling them again, and also contacting the Revdex.com again, as well. I recommend that people not do business with this company, due to their shady tactics.

Desired Outcome

This complaint is for the benefit of future consumers who might be tempted to order from this company.

Do not do business with Regenere Skin Cream. It seems innocent enough ordering a free sample just pay shipping. In the fine print it states you have 14 days to cancel your "Membership" or they automatically start shipping product at $89.92 per unit. You'll have a hard time resolving the unauthorized charges to your credit card. You may be offered a 50% refund credit. It is deceptive business practices at best. More in the line of outright theft.

We have reviewed ***'s complaint regarding their account with us. A full 30 day supply of Regenere skin serum and eye cream was purchased on December 8, 2017. We do not offer sample sizes. We sent full size bottles to try for the 14 day trial period to see if they liked it, for just the cost of shipping and handling on a subscription basis. Our records indicate *** has been refunded by the financial institution by filing a dispute and proceeding with the chargeback process. Unfortunately, due to this we are unable to issue any refunds. We apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience this may have caused.

On September 6, 2017 I ordered a free sample of Regenere skin cream. They added an eye cream and a vitamin C cream to my order without approval and charged me $34.93 instead of the advertised shipping only. I immediately requested a cancellation of the order and they said it already shipped. On the 15th of September I managed to get an RMA number to return the product. They said I could only return the vitamin C as it was the only thing I would be refunded on. I did return the product. Now, on the 24th of January, 2018 I called to inquire about the length of time before I receive my refund as it is long overdue. I was told that the 30 day window had passed and I would not receive my money. They have the product and my money and are refusing to return my rightful money. I have emails backing the requests. They also refuse to allow me to speak to anyone else. The agent I spoke with today is Ashley, number 461. I do not have previous names as I did not expect it to be necessary.

After reviewing Mrs. complaint we want to apologize for any confusion. Our return policy states that for a product to be returned for a refund, we must receive it within 30 days . Our records indicate Ms. contacted our customer support department on September 7,2017. At that time she was issued a return merchandise authorization number, which was issued along with the cancellation of her account with us. The products were received January 2, 2018. As this was much outside of the time period for a return a refund was not issued. As customer satisfaction is very important to us so we have decided to refund Ms. the charge of $24.99 for the product she returned, the only other charges are of $4.95 and $4.99 for shipping and handling. We have no record of a charge of $34.93. We hope Ms. is satisfied with our business and we would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
