I prepaid for a service ans I changed my mind. They said I would get a full refund. I have waited almost 2 1/2 months for a refund and no one calls me back and nothing received as of yet.
This customer was given a partial refund, she did have some work done so was entitled to only the amount that was not used and the case is closed.
