Unable to contact company at correct location.
Billed for $89.95 X3 for product not wanted.
Want to return and get full refund.
In May of 2020, I requested a free sample of CBD oil which also included a free sample of CBD Gummies, for which I would be charged the shipping and handling only. On June 5, 2020 I was charged $89.95 by Rejenex AND $89.79 by a company called Sensabliss. I did not review my checking statement that month as we were dealing with the beginnings of the pandemic and our self-quarantine because of exising medical issues. In July, 2020 I reviewed the checking account and saw a debit of $89.95 to Rejenex on July 5, 2020.
I did not know what this was and started to investigate what this charge was. Looking back at my June statement I say an identical charge that was debited on June 5, 2020 also to Rejenex and the $89.79 debit to Sensabliss. Being on a fixed income this is not a charge I can afford. I started to look at Rejenex and find who or where I could contact to remedy this situation. Needless to say there are multiple locations for this company involved in many areas of product. After making some phone calls and emails over the next several weeks and hearing no response to any of them (at least the phone calls that were actually answered) and seeing another charge on Aug. 5, 2020 for $89.95 debited to Rejenex I gave one last effort to make some sort of viable contact. I am not even sure if I contacted the correct location for which I needed.I cannot afford the charges of $269.85 and have the CBD oil unopened and ready to return as it is not wanted at these prices.

Desired Outcome

Here is what I need: 1 - Return authorization and prepaid shipping label supplied to return unopened product that was received. 2 - Complete refund for the 3 charges in June, July and August of $89.95 each month (totalling $269.85) 3 - Information regarding this company they are aligned with "Sensabliss" so I might attempt to get a refund of $89.79 which was not authorized and no product was ever received for this charge. 4 - Complete eradication of my information in their systems which includes banking information.

Can't provide a negative star.
They stated hat this was for 8 month supply, think people don't know how to read the directions that state take 2 capsules twice a day.
If a bottle has 60 at 4 per day, each bottle will only last... you know it 15 days!
so I called let them know that they only sent me for 4 months for the price paid (over $300)
called 786-***-*** after getting hung up twice on third time at 4:54 pm on 4/17/2020 man said he had 30 years of doing this and that I was incorrectly reading the label, like what?! I know how to read doctor's notes and bottles, since I used to be a nurse. I know how to read and write, so this lady called me today from 956-***-*** said that I needed to return the bottles, which I have no problem with, asked if I had opened a bottle, I said yes, since I had to open to try the product opened before I had made the first call and seeing it was only for 15 days, female said I had to pay $65 for the opened bottle, like the heck I don't since you all were misleading, she asked what number I called, let her know of the man I spoke with, she said that they did not have men working or only females answered the calls! I had disputed with my credit card, they stated that the best thing to do was to cancel the card since that company is known to re run credit cards. I told the lady that I do not mind sending the product for them to send me the address and label to return it, while asking for that the woman hung up on me.

The company has agreed to fully reimburse me for $177.32 they have removed from my bank account. They have told me the check will take 3-4 weeks to receive by mail.I hope I get it.Will let you know.

Bogus Free Trial Face Cream Offer. No fine-print regarding alleged 14-day return window. Unauthorized billing for alleged "subscription".
Clicked on "news" link with headline "Wheel of Fortune Says Goodbye to Vanna White" which landed on an "article" about Vanna's new skincare line complete with celebrity endorsements. Clicked on the embedded link for the product which bounced me to another site for a free trial offer in which I would only be charged for shipping for each product - daily face moisturizer and upon checkout a bonus face serum ($4.90 and $4.95, respectively).

Upon the advice of my bank's fraud department today, I called the number they had to dispute the attempted $89.97 charge to my check card this morning which I had used to pay the original shipping fees. The foreign gentlemen who was a bit hard to understand informed me that I had actually subscribed to a monthly shipment and corresponding charges of $90 for each product when I signed up for the 14-day trial. I informed him that there was nothing on the site referring to a 14-day anything and certainly nothing about a subscription membership. He argued that it is stated in 5 different places and gave me the web address of a completely different site that I had never visited. Apparently there are several ways to get to this scam, originating in several different ways. I should have known something was up when I received the product and it was packaged as REGEN-A instead of REGENEX like the site had advertised.

After several minutes of argument against the newest charge he informed me that he could cancel my subscription to avoid future charges and shipments, but that since it had been more than 14 days since my order (which took half of that to ship), I was now required to pay the $90 balance and even tried to make it sound like he was doing me a favor because that was only the charge for one product. I would have been charged another $90 for the other and then both again each month! I refused to pay and he offered me a 35% discount off the $89.97 charge. I refused again and the discount became 50%. Not knowing what else to do, I agreed to pay $44.99 and be done with it. Then I called the fraud dept back and told them to approve the new charge. They seemed shocked that I was bullied into paying what I did and suggested I obtain a new checkcard because "if I were to file a dispute through my bank, they would likely try to charge my card again". I decided against going through the hassle of getting a new card with a new number to have to change on so many automated debits, having to go to a location somehow during my work hours to get a temporary card and then waiting 5-7 days for a replacement. This is when I decided to check Revdex.com and I'm so glad I did.

After reading reviews on Revdex.com describing the exact same scam, I discovered that the same links in my internet history no longer work and '404 Not Found', '400 Bad Request', and '403 Forbidden' errors are raised. The original Vanna White article on eonline-breaking-news-feed.com actually advertises a similar product with a completely different name now. The verbiage, content and celebrity reviews are exactly the same but link to another product, of which all links return one of the above errors. The 2 sites in my history from which my order was placed on or around 10/13/18 (originally charged the shipping costs on 10/15/18) are trial-for-regen-a.com and track.limitedtimepromo.com.

Other interesting points I discovered today:
- Vanna White article date changes to current date when opened
- the "trial offer" always expires today and there is only a limited supply with 2 units left
- there is a comments section with comments from "normal people" under the celebrity endorsements, but when I tried to click the "add comment" link to post a warning to others, it isn't actually a link.

I am an educated, usually skeptical, extremely active online consumer who is embarrassed to have fallen for this scam, and I want to make sure that more people do not make the same mistake. If possible, I am also seeking a refund of the $44.99 charge from today.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting a refund of the generous 50% discount of $44.99 so graciously offered without an option to cancel for free AND they must not charge my card again once the refund is made (due to some fabricated "loophole" that since my payment was refunded, my subscription is once again active). I will return the product, if requested, and I WILL replace my card with a new one if they try to charge me a single dime again.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

Company offered facial care items on line for a minimal fee, I called customer service (it is on record) to confirm the fee was as stated,

At the next billing cycle of my credit card I was charged a large amt for the products because I didnt send items back within 14 days, Then I was shipped a 2nd order and billed once again a large amount for the renewed products that I did not request. When I called I insisted that this unrequested renewal process be cancelled and they insisted I accepted these conditions on line.
They then proceeded to refund 1/2 of the products cost but they were told this is unacceptable.

Desired Outcome

Refund of the fees and I can send back products if requested and get back my original introductory cost offer.

Was charged for trial products when was only suppose to pay shipping. When tried to return unopened products, was told the warehouse will not accept.
Ordered trials and was only suppose to pay for shipping. Then received in the mail more products. Did not know I was auto enrolling. The packing slip stated their friendly and hassle free. Only unopened products may be returned and they are. But when I called to get an authorization number to return them, I was told the warehouse doesn't take returns. Even if their unopened and regenex has sent me more product that I'll be billed for and can't return. She said they would cancel my subscription which I didn't even want and can't return all the product they keep sending and charging my card.

Desired Outcome

Just want to return unopened products for refund.

I received a credit on my account for 87.35 on 3-29-18. As of 4-8-18 I haven't yet received the credit of 89.97, still waiting for this. My understanding is that the remaining 89.97 will come by check in 4 - 6 weeks. I need an authorization number to return the unopened products per their packing slip and an address to ship to. When I receive the remaining refunds, I'll accept their response.

I signed up for a risk free trial and within 14 days my account was charged twice.
I ordered an under eye wrinkle cream online. It was suppostedto be a risk free trial for 4.95. I received the product and it was not even what I had ordered. About a week and half later I noticed a charge on my back account for 89.00. A few days later another charge for 89.00 was taken out of my account. I called Regenex and was told I had sign up unknowingly for a membership and it was to late for a refund. When I asked why I had been charged twice she told me I was only charged once and continued to argue with me even though I had proof I was charged twice. Nothing has been resolved and they refuse to help me.

Desired Outcome

Business shut down

I ordered an under eye wrinkle cream advertised on fb and what I received was a face cream. I only received one bottle and how is it a 14 day trial when I didnt receive the product in the mail until the 2nd and then was charged on the 12th. You can't really call it a 14 day trail if 5 days of it are in processing and in the mail. Its a total scam. And there is no check box to agree to. The lady at your company said you agree when you click the pay now button that only says PAY NOW. And lastly I'm not asking for a refund because I received the money back from my back that did not rule in yoir favor so that is a bold face lie.

I ordered the moisturizer and facial serum and when I saw two Charges on my Master card I called and cancelled Regenex. After a lengthy conversation she said she could only return 50% of the $177.00 charges ! I was very upset and said I would contact my credit card company and refuse to pay.
Master Card says there was a contract, and is not much help. Regenex now refuses to honor their offer of a 50% off offer.

It was unclear when I purchased that this was a subscription. I cancelled as soon as I realized. Product was still shipped and charged.
I canceled my subscription as soon as I realized it was a subscription plan. 2nd product had shipped 3 days prior to my cancelation but I was not told this. I called to get refund and return and was told I can only do so within 2 weeks of my initial order which was 2 months ago. So essentially, you cannot return a product after the first shipping which is ridiculous. Additionally, when I ordered the first time, it was not clear this would be a subscription based product. They refuse to refund the $89.97 for this second shipment even if I return the unwanted product.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to take back the unwanted product and refund the price.

I just received an email that they are issuing a refund. thank you so much!

I signed up for a trial of face cream and serum and later discovered additional unauthorized charges to my bank account for $87.35 and $89.97.
I signed up (online) for a trial of Regenex facial cream and serum including their insurance for the following authorized charges to my bank account on 1-16-2018 for $4.90, $2.95, and $3.97. I then received the trIal products of 1 oz. of Regenex facial serum and 1 oz. of Regenex moisturizer. I loved the product and planned to purchase more! HOWEVER, without my authorization I began having money charged and taken from my bank account! The Regenex company took $89.97 out of my bank account on 1.30.18 and they took another $87.35 from my bank account on 2.2.18. All I had received from Regenex were 2 ounces of trial product of which I'd already paid for! I contacted Regenex customer service on 2.6.18 and spoke to a lady who said her name was Diana. I told her what had happened and that I wanted my money returned to my account. She said she couldn't do that and that I was suppose to call the company within 14 days of my purchase. I asked what would have happened if I would have call them and she said that they would have offered me a discount and tried to keep me as a customer. I told that that they were committing fraud and taking advantage of potential customers. I love the product BUT the dishonest and fraudulent methods they are using to take advantage of customers is unacceptable. This operation should be SHUT DOWN! They use Sally Fields as their celebrity product spokesperson and I'm sure Sally would not approve of what they are doing to unsuspecting customers. All I want is my money BACK! SHAME on the fraudulent tactics of REGENEX.

Desired Outcome

I WANT the unauthorized money that they took out of my bank account to be returned. $87.35 and $89.97 needs to be returned to my bank account.

Paid shipping on free 14 day Trial offer for 30 day supply of moisturizer, my account was charged full price of $89.97 and company refused to refund.
Regenex.com Free Trial Offer, Order No. XXXXXXXX, Cust No. 42, Ref No. ***

On January 15, 2018, I placed an order for a free trial 1 month (30 day) supply of REGENEX AGE DEFYING MOISTURIZER and REGENEX LIFTING FACIAL SERUM From: Regenex
[email protected]
Customer Service: 1-888-312-5416

The shipping charges were:

$4.90-Moisturizer
$4.95-Serum
$3.97-Order Insurance

A total of $13.82 charged to my bank debit card

This was a free 14 day trial offer.

I called Regenex to cancel on January 29, 2018, which was the 14th day. I also noticed that my account had a pending charge of $89.97 for the moisturizer. When I called Regenex Customer Support (at the above number), they tried offering me all kinds of deals. When I refused all of their deals, I was told that the trial was for 14 days. January 29th being the 14th day, I told them to cancel all other orders, close the account and refund my $89.97. I was then told that they would cancel all future orders of both the MOISTURIZER and the SERUM and they would not charge for the SERUM. When I inquired about the $89.97 already charged to my account, I was told that I should have called on the 13th day and not wait until the 14th day and that the charge would not be reversed. I was also told that the 14-day stipilation stating that my account would be charged was on the Order Confirmation email; which is was not. I did not see any such stipulation. Furthermore, they are running false advertising, as I ordered this under the assumption that this was a product founded by celebrity

Desired Outcome

I would like for Regenex to cancel the payment of $89.97 charged to my account. Also, they are made to stop running false advertising with hidden fees and stipulations.

Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, Case Number: XXXXXXXX. Our company strives to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously. Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our auto-ship program by marking the Terms and Conditions checkboxes.

According to our records, our customer ordered our face cream and eye serum on 01/15/2018 and, according to our trial terms and conditions, paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.95 and $4.90. Those terms and conditions also go on to explain that they will be charged the full price for the shipments after the trial expires. They are free to call in and cancel the trial any time they like, within its duration.

The customer's trial did thereafter expire on 01/29/2018 and we subsequently charged our customer for the original order for $89.97 for the face cream. After the trial expires, a subscription begins wherein the customer is sent a new shipment of each product every thirty days, and charged accordingly.

The customer contacted our customer care department on 01/29/2018 and made a request for the subscription to be cancelled. Our customer care representative went ahead and satisfied the customer's requests by cancelling the account. Unfortunately the customer's account has been flagged as a "chargeback" on the disputed transaction, at this time the chargeback processor and credit card companies will determine the validity of the claim and be able provide refunds as they deem necessary. Please relay this message to our customer, and feel free to let us know if you should have any questions.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I called the company on the 29th, which was within the 14 day period. They had already put the charge through on the 14th day. The charge showed as Regenex Moisturizer. When I called my bank I was told to wait 2 days until the charge cleared because the company had not put through the follow-up ticket. My account was then charged on February 2nd as Regenex Serum, making it appear as being after the 14 days. I feel that they are making excuses for being fraudulent. As I as well as others would not have even ordered this product had they not used a celebrity's name to promote and sell it.

Refund check received regarding the refe fenced complaint. Thank you.

I received an anti wrinkle product in the mail that I did not order, my credit card was charged almost $100. for this product. I contacted the company at 888-312-5416 as stated on the packing slip to return the product and attempt to stop the charges. The representative, Desmond, refused to issue a refund though the product has not been opened, he stated I would have had to call sooner. I asked to speak with someone else, a Jasette got on the phone, screamed at me that I could not get a refund, they do not accept returns, insisted I ordered the product. I said I would file a Revdex.com complaint and was told they would not help me, I mentioned a lawyer, and was told that would be no help either. This is a scam. I am a 76 year old woman with chronic illness, wrinkles are the least of my worries! My husband is also receiving a "vitamin' from I believe the same comapany, they are charging over 70.00 for this, we did not order it.

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like this company to stop mailing me products and stop charging my credit card

We recently received your complaint #XXXXXXXX from the Revdex.com regarding your account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. According to our records, we received your order on 12/09/2017.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that, "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $89.97 for the Moisturizing Complex and $87.35 for the Lifting Serum fourteen days from the date that the order was placed for the product(s)."

These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to.

When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button, we must assume that they have read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you. Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged for the price of the initial products.

According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancellation of your account was on Febuary 02, 2019, when our company received a dispute from your Financial Institution. Which resulted in your account being canceled immediately, and you have not received any shipments or charges since then.

As a courtesy, we provided you with a 100% refund on your most recent charges. You were refunded $69.97 and $52.35 on Febuary 02, 2019. Please allow 3-5 business days to reflect into your account.

Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges. I hope this resolves your concern today and I hope you have a good day!
