PLEASE SEE FULL COMMENT IN THE ATTACHED PDF.To Whom it may Concern, It has come to my attention that a public complaint has been filed with the Revdex.com by [redacted] This complaint is in regards to Spring exterior/landscaping work not being completed on his homeWhen we closed on this home in December, Regenscheid Homes entered into an escrow agreement with the City of Ham Lake for the remaining work to be completedThis agreement has a completion deadline of June 15, (attached)The City of Ham Lake provides this date knowing that we are generally not pouring concrete until May 15th due to road restrictions and ground conditions, and sod is not being cut until the end of May in a year with an average Spring rainfallThis also allows for time to coordinate and complete workThis was reviewed at closing by the title company with the Fisher'sJust a little background here on the service schedule and communication we have had with the [redacted] Jason [redacted] , my Service Manager, has been in consistent contact with the [redacted] PLEASE SEE FULL COMMENT IN THE ATTACHED PDF

We built a home with Regenscheid Homes and closed in DecemberThroughout the building process, the customer service and communication with their representative, Brandon ***, was very poorWe would email him with questions about our build and it would often take a week or more for him to respondSometimes he would not respond at allWe were often in the dark about pricing, and ended up finding out a few days before closing that we had to come up with a large sum of moneyWe closed on our home on December 7, and there was still a large list of items that were not yet completed, both inside and outside the homeIt took three months to finally get someone to complete most of the inside work, however we have been trying to get in contact with them to complete our outside work and they will not respondWe have a graduation party for our son in six weeks and we told them upfront when we decided to build with them that we needed our outside work completed by that timeHowever,

They tried to black mail my family to not write things on the internet about them so we can get Things fixed on our house and now there stalling and harassing our family now still

Several
factual errors in Regenscheid's responseWe were the third home occupied; first
two both had sod, driveways and landscaping completed before occupancySee
attached picture of second houseHouses built over winter are finalizing
grading, plus three more in past three weeksRegenscheid did not provide a
list of companies to transfer utilitiesWhen we determined our service providers
we promptly transferred into our nameRegenscheid paid only first month of
utilities for one companyWe asked for three months for a detailed billWe
are happy to pay them when they start workThe statement that their service
man, Jason T., has been "in constant contact" is untrueJason
Tis good guy and only dutiful person with Regenscheid, however the only
communication with him was minimal and surrounded repairs of some indoor items
Also, we were told the service manager, Mike, would contact us over a month ago
and still have not heard from himThere is an escrow agreement for the
sod/hydroseed but there is a LOT of other work to complete, some of it indoors
where weather is not a factorWhen we received this response a week ago, we completed
the online service request, as Regenscheid requested, and still have had no
responseWe can provide ample evidence of numerous text messages, emails and
now a service request, which have all gone unansweredAny time in the past
five months Regenscheid could have responded to us to let us know when we can
expect them to start our outside projectsWe have asked numerous times for
them to remove a pile of construction garbage in our front yard that has been
there since December when we moved inAll we have wanted is for them to
PLEASE communicate with usIn years I have never filed a RevDex.com complaint and would not have done so now if Regenscheid would be respectful
to us and responsive to our situationThere is a complete lack of customer
serviceRegenscheid needs to get the work done

Completion of House that they built for us, been asking for months to install window and install postsWe have already paid for both items
Calls and texting for months and little to no responseAnd when The owner does respond it is a run aroundWe have signed paper work from closing that all this work would be completed as soon as road restrictions were offWe are no further along at this point
