spoken with a manager the day we refunded the furniure R/R.4/18/16: We sent an estimate out for review. 4/27/16: She requested her prior estimate for comparison since the price for the material had gone up. 5/3/16: We responded that the material had increased but we had included a 10% discount to help offset the change. 5/15/16: She thanked us for inlcuding the 10% discount and asked for availabilty for May 24-June 14thShe states that she will remove and replace furniture.5/16/16: We thanked her for choosing us again and reiterated that we need a 50% deposit to order the materialOnce the distributor notifies us with an ETA.5/20/16: *** *** Called in and gave us the deposit for the project.5/21/16: Deposit Goes through and Material is orderedCredit card information is put in locked shred binWe will have to collect the remaining balance once project is completed.5/24/16: *** *** is contacted and we ask if we can install on June 27th.5/25/16: Material arrives in our warehouse.Friday-5/27/16: Material is installedClient is called to collect payment information again for final balance, as we do not store the card info, and the owner has the key to the shred bin. Wednesday-6/1/16: Final Deposit is ran once credit information is given againSince it corresponded to the original estimate, and the owner knew the initial deposit paid. Saturday- 6/4/16: Refund was given by Manager due to the fact that final payment included furniture R/RWhich was done by *** *** herselfSo we removed as soon as we couldApologized for the inconvenience and explained why we had to call twice about the credit card informationThat we did not feel comfortable storing CC information after the initial deposit, hence our use of the locked shred bin.If you have any other questions please review with usWe would be more than happy to show any necessary paperwork.I was also the one who spoke with her when she came in for the refund.Thank You for the time.Thank youDaniel A
