I called the Rancho Yorba Homeowners Association representative *** at *** on Wednesday September 13, 2017 at 3:25 pm. I told him my grass hadn't been cut in months and that it was over knee high. I told him my neighbor is watering the ivy on the fence adjoining our yards and that it is growing up the wall of the house, garage and destroying the relatively new fence. I told him rats or snakes could live in that mess. I gave him my address. He repeated it back completely wrong so I corrected him. He made fun of me. He told me he didn't believe the grass was that tall. He told me they weren't doing it on purpose. I asked him not to talk down to me and to please send someone out to resolve it. He didn't send anyone. The gardeners have come and gone since then and the grass is still knee high. The ivy is still sprawling along the fence and walls of garage and house.
