Reggie Auto Repair

Review: Brought my vehicle (BMW X3)in for service. I was told that the oil/pan was leaking. I left my vehicle at the mechanic to be repaired and when I went back to pick up my vehicle,I had a huge dent on the right rear passenger door and damages to mirror on the right side. As I examined the damages closely with the owner/[redacted], I noticed that someone tried to glue the pieces back into the panel that holds the mirror in place. The owner suggested that I bring the vehicle back to him and he would have it repaired. I left the vehicle with him for one week and my vehicle was never repaired. I picked up my vehicle and handed him two estimates of Auto body shops and he refused to deal with me after. As of today,my vehicle has not been repaired.Desired Settlement: That the owner pay to have the vehicle repaired by a reputable place. I gave him two estimates of Auto Body repair shops and he refused to settle.
