We have been dealing with Regina Pools and Spas since We bought our first spa then and replaced it with an upgrade in Both spas have been of the highest quality and required minimal maintenanceWhenever maintenance was required, Regina provided service in a timely manner and to complete satisfactionWe enjoy utilizing the spa throughout the year and provides welcome relief for my osteoarthritisI would highly recommend Regina Pools and Spas products and services to anyone
Don't waste your hard earned money dealing with this disreputable business! I spent a small fortune having Regina Pools install a brand new liner in my in ground poolI purchased the very best liner and even spent extra money for an extended warranty that included free replacementWell the liner leaked badly and Regina Pools did nothing! At the same time I purchased the top of the line Hot Springs hot tub and the cover looks like it's years old Shoddy work and they refuse to honor any of their promises!
