Complaint have received a window or my deposit back [redacted] I was working at another job when a co worker said call Regina Window and Exteriors they are really good? the sales men [redacted] came and picked up my money at work then mailed me out an invoice for more then what I thought the window was worth. I tried calling him throughout time and talked to other co workers who would answer the phone only to run into another wall. I have been trying now over 3 yrs for my $400.00 deposit back for I have gone with someone prices that are more realistic. [redacted] in Oct of 2012 I gave the sales guy $400.00 cash and he said he would mail me out an invoice. I have that but not with me and not expecting the full price to be 840.00 for a small 2 ft by 2 ft window give or take a few inches. [redacted]Desired SettlementI have tried numerous times to contact and mail out on Jan 6,2015 along with a month later that I heard no reply on Feb 6,2015 that I have not heard or received a reply back from not getting any answers regarding the over charge of a small window to be replaced! Asking for my deposit back of $400.00 [redacted]Business Response [redacted] was contacted several times since 2012 by [redacted] (owner/scheduler) to book this install and was told it was never a good time. He did have it booked once finally but she called and cancelled as she said there was an outbreak at work and could not get the day off. he asked her what would work for her to re-book and said she didn't know. He finally asked her to check her schedule and get back to him with a time but never did. I ([redacted]) tried phoning her after I received first letter but never got a response. this is a custom ordered window to fit her bathroom and has a non-refundable deposit. I still have the window in my shop and if she would still like it, it is here.

RWS&E has failed to provide productsd promised in a timely fashion [redacted]We finalized an order for windows June 7, 2013 and paid a deposit at that time. Installation was promised for approximately 8-10 weeks. We contacted RWS a few times during this period and the only update that we could get was that the Project Manager would be in touch to set up the installation. We heard absolutely nothing from RWS for almost 4 months. We were eventually contacted about 15 weeks after our order (and after having to plead for information) advising us that installation would take place 3 or 4 days hence. Installers arrived as promised and started on the living room windows. These windows were the wrong size and the old windows were re-installed on a TEMPORARY basis. Remainder of the windows were installed. We were promised that the living room windows would be expedited. After the installers left we noted that the windows that were installed were not the function that we ordered. We contacted RWS again and were asked by them why we let the installers put them in if they were the wrong ones! [redacted] The living room is far colder than it would be had the old windows been left in place. I surely don't think the installers ever considered the TEMPORARY reinstall would have to last 4+ months.Our only contact through this whole debacle has been the Sales Rep [redacted]. Other than the very short notice that we got for the initial install we have heard nothing from anyone except for communication we initiated with the Sales Rep. Desired SettlementNot entirely sure but we have certainly not gotten what we paid for. I have considered going elsewhere for the proper windows but RWS has been paid 40% of the contract value. If the 40% were returned I would reorder the windows elsewhere. RWS could have their windows back after I got new ones. Or what does RWS propose?Business Response Sorry for delay but it tool a while to find out which customer this was as the contract was under his daughters name. We did the original windows but the quote was done up multiple times and with variations and some of the wrong windows were ordered. We installed the windows and re ordered the proper ones. The manufactured only shipped two of the windows and they are not sure where the other windows are. They are making the rest and we should see them here very soon as plant was shut down for a few weeks over the Christmas break. We will call the Sandra when they arrive and set up install ASAP. We will not refund money as they are custom windows, they do have windows in the house that are better than what they had, even though incorrect. [redacted] It is unfortunate and mistakes do happen and we do apologize. We have never billed the remaining 60% as it was our mistake so they really can't file a claim with Revdex.com. We will get this job done as soon as windows arrive and at any time they could have called and asked for the manager as well to find out what was happening. I do apologize for lack of communication with the customer. Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)They have now completed the window installation. Customer service has not changed. [redacted]

Complaint[redacted]Installed windows and new siding -$32000+Paid in full May 2012Sept 2012 siding blowing offNo response beyond "[redacted]" forwarding repair request to project managers [redacted] or [redacted]Repairs delayed and I had to ask another contractor to reattach siding 3rd time different siding coming off; no response from PM. Several unanswered voice messages left (three) before finally in direct contact with PMsAgain, promise to repair. Several weeks before someone from Regina Windows shows up [redacted]May 9, 2014 - more siding has blown off and "[redacted]" contacted. He forwards complaint to PM along with photographs of the damage. I follow up with emails May 12 and 23. [redacted] have been on the email list. Still no response (not so much as a phone call) from PMs as of June 13, 2014.Desired SettlementI expect a prompt return call and a scheduled date of repairs. [redacted]Business Response I have contacted home owner to have looked at this Friday.
