I moved into this apartment on October 15, To date 1/4/2017, very few of the items I reported and asked to be repaired have been done I made a "written" list and hand delivered it to the landlord shortly after moving in, I was told the items would be taken care of, some have been taken care of but it takes so long to get the landlord over to take care of items I am tempted to call an outsider to get the problems taken care ofWhen the repairman/landlord u comes over to take care of issues it is usually late in the evening hours and it stretches out into the late hours of the night, sometimes leaving items unfinished and have to come back which is not normally the next dayHere is list of problems I would like to get taken care of before I pay rent again on February 1, 2017: 1.) Have oven repaired or replaced It does not work 2.) Have ceiling tiles replaced in the sun roomI have purchased them myself, more may be necessary 3.) Have door handle in the small room off th
I have only lived here for month, and when I moved in I made a list of issues with the apartment, It was taken and reviewed and nothing has been done until I called the owner of this property She sent her Maintenance Person over to work on two of the immediate issues, which one was completed and the other is still open I called last night about t a plumbing issue and it is hours later and no one has come by to repair...I called an outside plumber, they came in , looked at it and suggested the "Garbage Disposal" is cracked and leaking overtime I use one side of the sinkI have tried calling and no one is answering my calls, a very big safety issue as wires are exposed and it is a "FIRE HAZZARD" please come inspect this property as there are several areas that are hazardous to my health and anyone else I would not recommend anyone to use this property unless you have pockets of money and lots of patience

I lived at one of their properties for two years and only have horror stories to shareNever received calls back about maintenance issues, beyond poor response rate, when things were being worked on the maintenance man would often break what he was working onI stopped asking for help and just had to do everything myselfLights on the outside of the building were out for over a yearI’m now dealing with trying to get my deposit back from them and of course no one is answering my callsDon’t rent with this company, they are terrible
