I am rejecting this response because:I reject the response because they are getting on a bill that happened over three years ago and he didn't perform any work on my teeth but just took x-rays and sent me out to other specialty. They just want money from a old bill. I did pay something on the bill but, they wanted to pay two payments a month. I didn't think you could somebody on a old bill like there doing. They aren't being very nice about it. It will take me longer to pay the bill since they let go to collections. I'm trying to get him in trouble through the dental association also, cause its not fair they are doing this. He was not a good dentist for doing this and didn't do what he was suppose too. they just want money from a old bill. Thanks.

01/31/2012, 02/21/2012. After those claims were paid, there was a patient portion remaining of $369.80. We have since tried to reach [redacted] with no avail. On 01/29/2015 [redacted] called our office and set up a payment plan of $25 biweekly which incurred a 12% monthly interest. Since making the payment arrangement, [redacted] has only made two payments: 02/13/2015 in the amount of $25.00 & 03/30/2015 in the amount of $20.00. She has incurred $16.78 in finance charges. At this time [redacted]s account has been sent to collections.Please do not hesitate to call with any questions
