I am rejecting this response because:
They should have offered other options for a different product. I called for 5 hours and now response until the next week. I had to find out from a local vendor that the company that made the product was having issues with quality and he said to go to a different product. Which I did source after canceling this order, Tiger Supplies even handle this new product, but I wouldn't order from them.They have very poor customer service. When I called to cancel the didn't seem to really care.

The manufacturer has been bought out and the new company has put everything on back order while they revamp their business model. The back order dates keep being pushed off by the new company. We...

Our warehouse did some investigating and so did FedEx. FedEx said that in the end the item was never picked up and must have been left in our warehouse. Our warehouse manager searched the warehouse and found the original item that was never picked up/shipped. We apologize for the delay and for any inconveniences this has caused.
