The Engine is not the same as it was before, I had a 530hp Engene and now is a 500hp, I stopped by at *** dealer in Portland Oregon and they said that they will not do it, they will not upgrade it to 530hp because there are diffrent serial numbers, valve cover has one serial number and it came of a 530hp Engene, ECM has a diffrent serial number and it came of a 500hp engene, and the block has a diffrent serial number and it came of a 435hp Engene, *** said that since there are diffrent serial numbers they will not do it because they don't know whats inside, it does not metter who fixed the Engene, the problem is that is not the same Engene that I had on my Truck before,

We would like to investigate this further however we do not have enough information currently We are a dealer in New York and would like to make sure this Portland, OR based owner operator has visited one of our locations for service If the complaintant could provide the VIN number of
the vehicle in question, we could track the service record at any of our dealerships and address accordingly Thank you

[redacted] choice was to send out his engine to have rebuilt at [redacted] Engine Inc. , due to the cost. The engine we recommended was a [redacted] reman engine , but [redacted] didn't want because of the cost.  We do not supply the warranty or have any decision on the warranty from [redacted] Engine Inc. We have gone above and beyond to help [redacted]y each time he had a problem. We are the middle man in this situation. Being this engine is a rebuilt engine and the engine block was damaged , it is possible to have component with different serial numbers. As far as the engine horsepower , the engine was rebuilt to the original serial number. Which was 500hp and the new that. We hope this will help resolve the problem.
