In response to complaint ***: Ms*** asked to be taken to and from *** and became upset when the CSR informed her that the driver would not be able to come into *** and announce that they are there to transport. Ms*** began raising her voice at the CSR and stated
that she was going to call the Mayor's Office and did not give the CSR a chance to book a return trip or verify her pibefore hanging up on him.
