Initial Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2015/04/23) */
I have copies of the patient's consent for tratment at [redacted] that cover the services we billed her for. Due to the sensitive nature of sharing a patient's medical records I am unwilling to attach that information here. I...

have contacted the patient directly and asked her to call me at [redacted] I would be very willing for her to meet with me to see the proof she is requesting in this complaint.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 16, 2015/05/11) */
[redacted] called me on April 25. I explained the situation. She was going to check with her supervisor and call me back with a resolution. I have not heard back from her yet as of May 7.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 20, 2015/06/01) */
I sopke with this patient and she did sign a consent that indicated that entities outside the hospital might be billing her for services in the hospital. She was billed for reading a study done at the hospital. Her insurance says she owes this amount, I can't discount any further as we would be in violation of our agreement with the insurance company. The only resolution for this is for her to pay the balance. I will inform her of this.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 22, 2015/06/08) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The consent they are referring to, that I signed and of which they sent me a copy "Patient Accounts" has NO information about possible billings from other entities. The form I signed is from [redacted] to which I have paid all charges. I have seen a consent form that they use that specifically lists each of the potential providers that may be billing but that is not the one I was given or signed. This bill does not belong to me and Regional Physicians needs to seek payment from [redacted] to whom I paid ALL fees up front as per their policy, if they wish to recover this money. Also, this is the second time she says she will contact me and I have not heard from her again.
