Public BEWARE of Regional Recovery Service the personal credit information collected is not current. This company buy old reports and most of the information obtain are from accounts that are no longer active. Please dispute any information obtain from this company if you see this company on your credit report. Would you believe this company tried to recollect moneys paid from a violent victim fund from the victim!
Horrible customer service. I understand they are a collection company but the complete disrespectful attitude by stephanie and tom were not called for and inturn excited my disrespect back. I think they need to take some customer service training courses if they have to deal with the public. My bill was a medical bill and this is a collection company not a insurance company. Tom repeatedly said to find out who is supervisor was and could not give me any information. I will never go to midwest clinic and hopefully never have to deal with these rude and inconsiderate people again.
