Horrible customer serviceI understand they are a collection company but the complete disrespectful attitude by stephanie and tom were not called for and inturn excited my disrespect backI think they need to take some customer service training courses if they have to deal with the publicMy bill was a medical bill and this is a collection company not a insurance companyTom repeatedly said to find out who is supervisor was and could not give me any informationI will never go to midwest clinic and hopefully never have to deal with these rude and inconsiderate people again
