Customer contacted firm to pick up truck @ *** ***to stop storage charges being charged at *** ***.Customer wanted the truck delivered to Farmingdale NY at our convenience due to the fact that the registration on the truck was suspended by motor vehiclesThe truck stayed in a secured

 The truck infact did not have registration. But we paid for a service that was not done professionally. I called a week after they had picked it up from Valks and was promised the next morning it would be in Farmingdale. Lies.. When it didnt arrive I called and Jimmy told me that George their driver had broke his arm and would be done the following Monday. It went on with different excuses everytime I would call for almost 2 months. I spoke with Nicole, Steve, Jimmy and another Lady which I dont recall her name. Its been a frustrating experience. The truck was delivered on Monday and its not drivable due to bolts being stripped by the towing company. I will take further action if Regional does not send someone to fix the bolts that they stripped when they finally delivered my truck.
