the crew arrived on time, the job was finished when promised the crew cleaned up after themselves. the crew Bernard, DJ, Brandon, Ali, and Craig did a great job of leveling home

Thanks guys

I was charged over $4000.00 for a service that was later deemed unnecessary by a contractor and engineer. We had an area of our foyer where the sheet rock had separated from the ceiling and created a gap and the adjoining bedroom had cracks in the wall which I assumed was due to a foundation problem. I called Regional Waterproofing after finding their info about foundation repair. They went under the house and said it needed to have new piers installed to jack up the house. They installed 7 piers under the house on 2/9/11 for $4100.00. This seemed to close the gap a bit...however, several months later the gaps had widened again and they came in and jacked up the piers a 2nd time, no charge as per warranty. On February 11th, 2014, they were called in once again because of the widening gaps, so they jacked up the piers due to the cracks a 3rd time. This time they charged me $165.00, contrary to the warranty, which said all maintenance of settling problems would be free of charge. I was getting frustrated that the cracks in the walls and ceilings kept needing maintenance. I thought that the foundation had been repaired! In April 2014, I wanted to replace the tile floor in the master bathroom, which had developed cracks since the new piers were installed. I asked the contractor if new tiles would crack like the old ones, since it appeared our house kept sinking. The contractor went under the house to look and said there was nothing wrong with the old piers and it appeared the work that we paid for was unnecessary. I then hired an engineer to investigate the situation and he reported the same thing, saying the new piers were installed unecessarily and our foundation and the original piers were quite sound. The engineer reports that the cracks in the walls, ceiling and floors were due to expansion and contraction in the wood framing due to temperature changes and not foundation problems. I sent an email on 6/9/14 to the company requesting a refund and attached a copy of the engineering report. They acknowledged receipt of the email on 6/10/14 but have not responded since.Desired SettlementI would like a refund of the $4100.00 that was charged initially and the extra $165.00 that was erroneously charged on 2/11/14, for a total of $4265.00. Business Response /[redacted]/Consumer Response /[redacted]/Mr. [redacted]'s response is that my engineer said "the additional piers were unnecessary. There is also no need to remove them". The reason the engineer said there is no need to remove them was in response to my question to him, wondering if the new piers were causing damage to the home....since the house has now been lifted off of it's original foundation. His comments in no way indicate that the piers should not be removed....only there is no need to have them removed. There is a difference. I'm sure Mr. [redacted]'s engineer is someone he has worked with for some time and I feel will not be impartial in this case...therefore, I may need to consider taking this to small claims court, if a refund is not offered.Final Consumer Response /[redacted]/(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)When Regional Waterproofing wants to send an engineer out for a 2nd opinion, that will be fine. I don't understand why they felt a need to postpone the date that we had set for yesterday, August 4th. But I won't consider the situation resolved until I receive a refund for the work which has been deemed unnecessary by both an engineer and contractor whom I have spoken with. Final Business Response /[redacted]/Mrs. [redacted],As always it is a pleasure to correspond with you. In an effort to address any concerns you may have, I would like to meet with you and Mr. [redacted] (engineer you hired) at your home so he can explain the reasons for his claims, which, we respectfully disagree with, and we can both utilize our equipment and the testing needed to ascertain a resolution if possible. Let me know what time is good for both of you. Thanks again for being a customer.Best wishes[redacted]

Workers damaged crawlspace pipe first day, we were without water for 5 hours, left for lunch without explaining what was going on. Plumber showed up. On Monday, May 16, 2016 Regional Waterproofing workers arrived to begin work on our crawlspace. Workers were 2 hrs. late getting here. Around 11:00 workers accidentally hit and broke a water pipe. Had to cut water supply off. About 11:50 [redacted] (job superintendent) said they had to go get a small piece of pipe and were also going to lunch. At 2:20 we had still heard nothing from them. All 4 men were gone. We called Regional Waterproofing office and after some checking were told the workers had called a plumber to come out and the guys would be back shortly. Around 2:30 the plumber got here and [redacted], the job superintendent pulled up and dropped off 2 of the workers. [redacted] and on guy left again. The plumber that arrived was very unfriendly and was actually rude! He stomped around, installed a new water tank in the crawlspace, repaired the broken pipe, and told us the water was back on, then he and his helper left. When we turned on our water in the kitchen, foam and a very strong chemical/glue odor came through the pipe and in a matter of seconds, the water went completely off again. Again, we had to call the office and were told the plumber was on his way back out here. The plumber came back acting angry and in an angry voice said, "our pump knocking off was not his problem". As it turned out, the problem was the pressure switch, which broke from turning the power to the well pump off and on. We were without water a total of 5 hours that day and THAT AWFUL CHEMICAL SMELL LASTED FOR TWO DAYS!! We had to buy bottled water. Not only was the plumber unfriendly, he left pieces of scrap plastic laying in the driveway. [redacted], job superintendent, arrived back here after 5:00 picked up the 2 guys he had left here and quit for the day.It was not just that the pipe was damaged, the problem was being without water for 5 hours, no explanation, plumber being rude, glue in water pipe, not being able to use water for 2 days. Today, June 12, 2016 we checked under the house and found that the new dehumidifier has been dripping water continuously since work was completed on May 19th. There is a large puddle of water standing under our house. Imagine that after paying over 8,000.00 to have this work done!!!Desired SettlementFor Regional Waterproofing to call us, say they care and understand, and compensate us in some way on the total price of $8,702.00 we spent. This would help with the headache and trouble we went through.Business Response All of our work was engineered, permitted, inspected and approved by [redacted] County per contract and as required. Our work includes a 25 year warranty and we thank the [redacted]'s for their trust in Regional. On a recent visit to their home Mrs. [redacted] expressed appreciation and commendation for the work Regional did for her in the crawlspace. On 5-20-16 Mr. [redacted] wrote that our installers were "good workers" at the final completion of the job and the clean up was "very good". Regional started the job on 5-16-16 and completed the work on 5-18-16 just as we promised and had scheduled for several weeks in advanced, and all work was completed at the agreed to price. Our 3 day installation commitment was honored and delivered on time with no delays. Mr. [redacted] is incorrect in his claim that Regional cut a waterline which is not true. The water leak occurred on the pressure tank in the crawlspace which was a result of significant moisture problems in the crawlspace for years. The medal fitting on this tank was corroded, rusty and deteriorated. One fitting began to leak more when the tank was accidentally bumped by one of our installers. We immediately notified the [redacted]'s, apologized for any inconvenience, and contacted a licensed plumber who responded promptly. Upon arrival the plumber determined the leak was a result of a neglected crawlspace with high moisture in it for many years, resulting in significant corrosion on the pressure tank. The plumber explained to Mr. [redacted] and Regional that the tank needed to be replaced long before Regional ever got to his home, and that the cost to replace the tank would be the homeowners because of poor maintenance on his part. It was at this point Mr. [redacted] decides he would verbally abuse and vilify the plumber; although it was very obvious that the tank suffered from neglect. Regional instructed the plumber to replace both the tank and pressure gauges, and that Regional would pay his $375.00 estimate to fix Mr. [redacted]'s neglected pressure tank. The plumber made the repairs and was paid by Regional. We continued installing our system in the [redacted]'s crawlspace for the next two days. Neither Mr. nor Mrs. [redacted] made any mention of any problem of any kind about not being able to use the water in any way, including not being able to drink it, so Mr. [redacted]'s claim that he could not use his water for two days is not true. Nothing had changed it. The large pool of water Mr. [redacted] claims he found in his crawlspace after our work was completed proved to be just a few ounces by the dehumidifier. Adjustments were made on the unit and fixed the problem. Mr. [redacted] has already been compensated in the amount of $375.00 paid to a licensed plumber to fix a pressure tank equipment problem he neglected for years, according to the plumber. An apology was given to the [redacted]'s on 5-16-16 at 12:38pm when the incident occurred. The total time the water was off to make repairs was 3 hours and 17 minutes (the plumber timed the repair). Again we thank the [redacted]'s for their trust in Regional. Team RegionalConsumer Response We cannot believe how Regional Waterproofing turned things around, saying that we neglected to take care of the entire crawlspace under our house. [redacted] with Regional Waterproofing was told that a few months ago a water pipe burst under the house and sprayed water for several weeks before we found out, that was the reason for the water problem and also the reason we called them. At least twice since we built this house, we have had new insulation and new plastic installed in the crawlspace and once a year termite inspection, by [redacted] Pest Control and [redacted] Insulation. The water tank was working until Regional Waterproofing broke it. It was working before they came and would be working today if they had not broken it. Regional Waterproofing stated in their letter that we had significant water problems in the crawlspace for years! That is not true! The $375.00 Regional paid for the tank was because they broke the tank.Regional stated that neither of us made any mention of not being able to drink the water which is wrong because [redacted] asked the plumber what was the chemical coming through the water pipe and the plumber said it was glue. And besides that, [redacted] called Regional Waterproofing office several times and no one would return the call. Who could drink or use water with a strong glue odor and taste. When the plumber arrived, [redacted] was standing outside and the plumber never spoke or looked his way. [redacted] talked to the plumber and the plumber claimed it was not his problem that our water pump had stopped working. It was not the water pump, it was the problem the workers has created themselves. There was absolutely no communication from the workers to us except when the one worker came to the back door and said he was going to get a small piece of pipe (like the piece he was holding in his hand) and they were also going to lunch. And regarding the pool of water standing under the house, that had been collecting since the job was completed, it was definitely more than a few ounces. The worker who came to clean it up worked for two hours! And by the way! We were told that in case of a water leak of any kind, the water would drain out the "positive drain". Why then was there a pool of water under the house? We both were very patient and understanding with Regional Waterproofing considering all the bad things that happened during the three days they were here working. You would think that after paying almost $8,000.00 to have this work done there would be some compensation in some way to let us know they do care about all the problems we went through. Regional Waterproofing acts like they just don't care, period!!! Final Business Response As stated earlier all of our work was completed on time and at the agreed to price. It was installed in a professional way and has been inspected, and approved by building code professionals, and is backed by a 25-year warranty. The fact that we had a licensed plumber to replace a pressure tank (at a cost of $375.00 which should have been replaced by the homeowner according to the plumber) is evidence that we care for our customers and we thank the [redacted]'s for their trust and for being a customer. Team RegionalFinal Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The problem never was getting the job finished on time or the price, or the warranty. The $375.00 pressure tank Regional Waterproofing keeps bringing up was broken by their employees and should have been replaced by them. The old tank would still be here today and still working if the Regional Waterproofing workers had not broken it. The plumber was not even here when the workers broke the tank, who is he to say that we, the home owners, should have replaced it. At this point we want nothing from Regional Waterproofing. We just want the public to know how hard it is to deal with Regional Waterproofing as far as communicating, returning phone calls, being friendly...we paid out a lot of money to have to go through what we went through. Thanks...The [redacted]

Complaint[redacted] and his crew from Regional Energy Savers were hired to complete mold remediation and crawl space sealing at our home. [redacted] and his crew completed the mold remediation on 5/22/2015 and we paid them in full $1817.00. [redacted] understood we were hiring another company to complete the 20ml ploy floor liner and informed him on 6/2/2015 that the liner was down and we were ready for him to return and install the "Silver Glo Wall Insulation". After repeated calls to [redacted] and his vague assurances that he would return to complete the job, it still has not happened. It has now been 2 months since this project was started and the mold has now returned. We will be satisfied if [redacted] returns to remove the mold AND installs the Wall insulation so we complete our sealed crawl space project. We are very disappointed by the empty promises and by the fact that the $1800 payment has resulted in complete return of the mold.Desired SettlementCome back and remove all mold that returned during your 2 month absence. Then install the Wall insulation as promised.Business Response /[redacted]Document Attached[redacted] with [redacted] is being dishonest and inaccurate; in our view. He did not hire Regional Waterproofing or Regional Energy Savers to do any crawlspace sealing of any kind, neither has [redacted] with [redacted] paid Regional to do any crawlspace sealing, waterproofing, drainage, dehumidifying, or any other moisture control work of any kind. [redacted] with [redacted] did hire [redacted] to install a sealed crawlspace liner for him, along with spray foam insulation on or about 6-2-15, because according to him, they were cheaper. In our view, [redacted] with [redacted] got what he paid for, an incomplete, ineffective system that according to our knowledge has not been permitted, engineered, or inspected, as the Building Code requires. Regional Energy Savers did provide a quote for a complete solution for [redacted] with [redacted] on 5-12-15. The work we proposed included the following; obtaining a building permit with inspections from the Wake County Permit Office (as required by North Carolina Building Code), installing our Cleanspace system along with SilverGlo wall insulation and our SaniDry dehumidifier which was backed up by a 25 year warranty and installed by certified trained technicians. Mr. [redacted] declined our proposal based on our price, according to him, and accepted one from [redacted] He is now disappointed because of his own decision to go with a cheaper company. He will have to resolve this matter between him and [redacted] whom he paid $2,165.00 to do the moisture control work in his crawlspace. Regional cannot assist; fix the problems/mess he now apparently has in his crawlspace as a result of his own decisions. If he had accepted our proposal as outlined above, he would not have had this problem and would have been added to our 115,000 plus satisfied customers with a 31 year history and supported by our 25 year warranty. However he chose not to and went with a cheaper company. Please see Mr. [redacted]'s referral letter he provided after Regional Energy Savers thoroughly cleaned fungus/mold growth from floor joist, and he was very happy with the work as you will see. He had [redacted] install his moisture barrier 9 days after the cleaning well beyond the 24-48 hour window which he was made aware of in order to prevent new fungal activity. Thank you,Team Regional

I have been a customer of Regional WaterProofing since 2006. My satisfaction has been great until this year. I had my annual maintenance appointment schedule on 08/24/16. When my husband came home from work he called me and told me it looked like no one had been there. I called Regional at 5:30 pm and got their closed message hours are from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm message. I pressed message #3 and left a message that it appeared no one had been there and to call me so we could reset up the appointment if no one came. That was on Wednesday 8/24/16 and no one had called me back on Thursday by 5:15 pm so I called again. I got the message that they were closed and yet it was only 5:15 pm. Hung up and called back and still got no one. Left a message on #1 this time. Friday I was called at work at 5:10 pm after I had left for home. I sent an email to [redacted] and did not expect a response until 09/06/16 since it was a holiday weekend. [redacted] did call my husband on Tuesday 09/06/16 and told him [redacted] the technician who was supposed to come to my house would call.
In the meantime I had called the company that morning and spoke to [redacted] I think. She said [redacted] had been there. I said he usually leaves us a bill on the door and he didn't which made me also think he had not been there. She said she would check into it. I agreed to go ahead and give them the benefit of the doubt and paid for the service.
During the weekend I went under the house and checked the filter in the dehumifier and it had not been changed which is what bought me to email [redacted]. I have pictures and the dirty filter if you would like to see it. I got a filter and changed it myself. Also since this is in a crawl space I find it hard to believe that he went under my house since none of the spider webs were disturbed. I cleaned them from the door before I went under. Also we had a lot of rain this summer and one summer night the alarms were going off so we couldn't sleep and my husband went into the crawlspace and took the alarms off of the sump pumps and laid them beside of the pumps so we could get some sleep. They are still lying beside of the sump pumps so I don't know how he checked to see if they are working when they are not on the pump.
When [redacted] called my husband and we question the visit and the bill. [redacted] openly admitted he had not changed the filter because he was out of them but yet he still charged me for it and when we ask for a refund for the filter he refused and said he would give it to us next year. We did not agree to that since we did not get the service we want our money back. Mr. [redacted] told my husband he would check into it and get back with us. It is now 09/12/16 and we have not received our money or even a phone call. I paid them $170 in good faith that they would keep their annual maintenance appointment and I still don't believe he showed up at my house since the alarms are not on the sump pumps and the filter had not been changed. I feel I have had $170 dollars stolen from me. The alarms just lay in a circle on top of the pumps, something anyone checking an alarm would have had to lay back on the pump to check the alarm.
I am very disappointed in the service and the company's lack of even trying to appease me. I feel cheated. Needless to say I am no longer a happy satisfied customer.
Respectfully,

We contracted to start work on 2/4/15 which should take 3 days. As of today, it is not completed. Company refuses to let me talk with owner. Our basement work started on 2/4/16. It was suppose to take 3 days which initially it did. However, it took three weeks for them to schedule something to come out. Each time we called, they kept saying the person they want to handle it is at jury duty and should return. Finally, the fourth week came and they came back out and said he finally talked to inspector and knows what they need to do. They came out fixed and it took a few days but inspection passed. They did not put back the silver sheets on the walls so we called again and they told us it would be another two weeks before they could come out. We then asked to speak to the owner or supervisor and we got [redacted] (which is not the owner). He said he understood our frustration and would see what he could do. He did nothing, we still had to wait the two weeks. Then the crew came out and hung the silver sheets but put 5 holes in my hardy plank siding. I again called and asked to speak to owner and got [redacted] again. He came out and could not believe the damage his guys did. He is coming to repair on Monday with carpenter. I called again today asking to speak to owner and they refused. Thus filing complaint with Revdex.com and will do others. Can you help? I want to speak to the owner only.....Desired SettlementI want to talk to the owner about how one of his customers that gave them $10,000 has had to go through. And how the folks answering the phone refuse to let me speak to anyone other then James. Business Response We very much appreciate Mrs. [redacted] as a client; however, Mrs. [redacted] is completely inaccurate, all the work Regional contracted to do in their crawlspace (not basement), was started on 2-1-16 and completed on 2-3-16, including the inspection application from the Town of Wake Forest. Just as our contract stated, Regional delivered! Mrs. [redacted] is not truthful in her claim that the work we contracted to do for them "as of today, it is not completed" it is in fact a false claim by her. Mrs. [redacted] also failed to mention that not only was our work completed as scheduled originally, at the agreed to price, but that she got much more work and services for what she paid for. Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] paid for R 11 wall insulation (code requires R10 on their crawlspace walls), we submitted our work specification including R 11 wall insulation, to the Town of Wake Forest for a building permit; after the permit application went through their plan review of several days, they approved our specification including R11 wall insulation and issued Regional a building permit.Once all the work was installed, the inspector came out and approved all of the work as meeting or exceeding code including masonry walls, except for the wood frame walls that were both part of their crawlspace vertical walls system. The inspector explained to our supervisor, Mr. [redacted] that even though these wood frames were inside of the crawlspace, the Town's interpretation of the building code is that these walls should have more than the R 11 insulation required for a crawlspace, and already approved by Wake Forest plan review and requested we insulate their walls to a R15 Batt insulation on the wood frame walls, and that we would not have to reinstall our R 11 board over it. Since Regional understood all building codes are subject to local interpretation, and we desire a good working relationship with these professionals, Regional complied with his request to add additional insulation on these wood frames. However, Regional added R19 as opposed to R15 required by inspection, once the additional insulation was added a re-inspection was completed, and the wood frame wall insulation was approved, the inspector repeated that there was no need to reinstall our R11 board insulation over frame walls. However, since it is always our desire (including Mr. [redacted] to exceed our customer's expectation Regional reinstalled the silverglo wall over the R19 batt insulation, giving these wall sections an R30, 50% more R value, than the inspector required, and approximately 68% more R value than what Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] paid for! This additional material and labor cost in excess $1,400.00 more, however we absorbed this cost, and never asked the [redacted]'s for any additional money; most customers value a company with this level of customer service. Weeks after our completion, Mrs. [redacted] contacted our office demanding to speak to the owner, in which she was directed to speak to Mr. [redacted] our supervisor (whom had already been addressing all concerns for the homeowners), alleging there were 4 or 5 small pin holes in their siding, she asked [redacted] to come by and review them to see if he thought these pin holes might have been caused by any of our work or not, an appointment was made on 4/7/16 for 4/8/16. Upon his visit neither Mr. [redacted] nor Mr. [redacted] (Mrs. [redacted] was not able to meet at the scheduled time) could prove who, what, or when these pinholes occurred. Mr. [redacted] took pictures, and shared them with the installation crew; they reported that they did remember causing small holes to the siding. Mr. [redacted] went further and contacted a siding, installation & repair, and painting contractor. This contractor reviewed the pictures, and an appointment was made to meet at the lands to try and determine the cause and more importantly an effective solution/repair based on the contractor's expertise. This meeting was held on or about 4/12/16 and the siding contractor developed a solution/ repair. Mr. [redacted] left 3 messages for Mr. [redacted] since 4/12, to discuss when the siding contractor could do the work. Finally the morning of 4/14 around 9:50 am Mr. [redacted] called again and was able to speak with Mr. [redacted] and explained the siding would be repaired Monday 4/18/16; Mr. [redacted] indicated that would be fine. Professional repair was completed on 4/18/16.Mrs. [redacted]'s claim that he came out and could not believe the damage his guys did, is simply not accurate. Once the siding contractor completes his work Monday, Regional will consider this matter closed, except for our warranty. It should be noted that all the above has been completed without Mrs. [redacted] having to speak to the owner. Mrs. [redacted] stated, "I want to talk to the owner about how one of his customers that gave them $10,000.00 has had to go through....." Let's examine the record of our service provided to Mr. & Mrs. [redacted]. *The [redacted]'s contacted our office and requested an inspection and estimate to repair their crawlspace on October 12, 2015, the appointment was set for November 6, 2015 at 9:30 am, with our consultant Mr. [redacted] A personal profile and crawlspace book were sent to the [redacted]'s.* Mr. [redacted] confirmed the appointment the day before and day of; he arrived on time and met with the [redacted]'s. He performed his inspection, and put together a solution with the [redacted]'s input, and answered all questions, and explained payment options. *The [redacted]'s accepted our proposal on or about 11/13/2015, which included installing a closed crawlspace system, with a dehumidifier, removing old installation, installing new other products and services, including engineering and a permit. *The work was started on 2/1/2016 and was completed on 2/3/2016 as scheduled, including Town inspection, all work on the contract was completed and at the contracted price. *Regional complied with inspector's request and added additional insulation, and added R30 to wood frame walls. Even though they only needed R15, and the [redacted]'s only paid for R11; a re-inspection was performed and all work was approved. *The added expense for extra insulation and labor cost over $1,400.00 and Regional absorbed that expense, never asking for any additional money (note Regional does not control Town inspection schedule, areas process can take one to two weeks). *Provided the [redacted]'s with an effective crawlspace system that is legal and fully permitted and inspected, backed by a 25 year warranty on liner system and warranty of 5 years on the dehumidifier per contract. *Mr. [redacted] responded promptly to any issues that Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] had and resolved them (only had one conversation with Mrs. [redacted]), and stands ready to assist either in the future. Nowhere in the contract does it state that the owner of Regional will be made available to assist Mrs. [redacted] with any of the above or any other daily operational matters. *Regional has provided Mr. [redacted] Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] as contacts, which can assist with most any matter, we also have a staff of over 35 professionals who are there to assist the [redacted]'s with any legitimate concerns they may have. *Regional has arranged for siding/paint contractor to repair 4 or 5 small holes on the siding on 4/18/2016 as a goodwill gesture, not that we are not certain that we caused them, rather like we took care of the additional insulation. The repair for the siding was completed. We are providing great customer service; all of the above was arranged and coordinated by our staff of 35 professionals, not the owner. As explained to Mrs. [redacted], when she asked to speak to the owner, they no longer works in the day to day operations of the company, but when she asked to speak to (or needed to be directed to) our Production supervisor, Mr. [redacted] contact was provided since he is and has been supervisor for the last 15 years. Going forward the staff of Regional Waterproofing stands ready to assist Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] pursuant to our contract, and we are grateful to have them as our customer. Best wishes, Team Regional[redacted]Production SupervisorXXX-XXX-XXXX [redacted]Job ForemanXXX-XXX-XXXX[redacted]ConsultantXXX-XXX-XXXXConsumer Response This is response is inaccurate. Yes the initial work was completed in 3 day but it flunked inspection. It took weeks for them to contact inspector and then another two weeks for them to schedule. The whole time all of our crawl space items was outside under tents in plastic (which items did get ruined. I am talking 2 months out in the weather waiting for inspections. The response from this company is outragious and them to not claim any fault is ridicious. I do not agree with closing this claim. How can you claim excellent customer service when you do the work, flunk inspection and take over a month to come back to fix what flunked. Then damage it more. To not allow a customer to speak to the owner is shameful. It tells me that they do not want the owner to know about the issues they have with their service. Final Business Response The Owners of Regional Waterproofing approved our response, and they are very familiar with all of our excellent customer service we have provided. This seems to be a singular issue, with Mrs. [redacted], since as indicated most of our contact has been with Mr. [redacted], who as of today, has not expressed any dissatisfaction with the work provided to his home. Also, the four or five small pin size holes have been repaired and look excellent! In addition to the above, Mrs. [redacted] can refer to our response dated 4/20/16, which fully explains the entire situation. Going forward Mrs. or Mr. [redacted] can contact Mr. [redacted] (Production Supervisor- XXX-XXX-XXXX) [redacted] (Job Foreman-XXX-XXX-XXXX) [redacted] (Consultant-XXX-XXX-XXXX), for any further customer service needs. We have a great staff of 35+ professionals ready to assist Mrs. [redacted] or her family with any legitimate concerns related to the permitted, inspected, and approved crawlspace work we provided her and her family on February 1-3rd. If the Revdex.com or Mrs. [redacted] feels that it is important, we will be happy to post to this site the building permit needed for this project including its final approval. We wish the [redacted]'s our very best wishes, and again we thank them for being a customer.

What an outstanding company!! They are extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They tell you what they are going to do and they do it! [redacted], our sales Rep. was great. He knew the product and answered all of or questions and concerns, recommending just the right amount of products to solve our mold problem. The installation crew was top notch, keeping us informed throughout the project and doing a complete and professional job. I wish I could name all of them but [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] and others certainly represent what true customer service is all about. They definitely exceeded my expectations and I sincerely felt that they also were proud of what they had accomplished. It was obvious that they work hard and take pride in their work.
