Not enough tellers
I went inside the bank to make a transaction and there were only two tellers mid morning, the teller said they were all at lunch? Please try to maintain your previous good customer service or I will be moving to another bank. I waited for at least an hour as there were numerous other people waiting too.

Horrible experience
I had a large check and needed to deposit the check in person. Because of COVID-19 I had to use the drive through. I was made to wait while the teller assisted customers of her race. My debit card was not given back to me. The teller did not look for the card. I had to cancel my card and now I have to wait 5-7 days for a new one. As soon as this check has cleared I will be closing my account.

we will immediately make contact with [redacted] to resolve the issue

Budget mobile! All I have to say is they have terrible customer service I called to ask some simple questions about my phone and asked if they have service in Florida This man seems to not understand, like I was talking in a different language Plus they hand up on you if they cant answer a question! very dumbed down people and rude also if you ask me the people who work their are stupid and have terrible social skills

I have always been very satisfied with Mike's work and prices
He is very pleasant to deal with and in my mind a top notch, honest mechanic who only does what needs to be done I hope he never retires

I had a credit card and several checking accounts with Regions for many years, both personal and businessI slowly kept closing the checking accounts due to poor customer service and poor services offered for checking accountsMost recently, I closed the credit card account as well due to repetitive charging of "fees" that weren't legit, while they refused to remove themI presented official documentation from *** bank, where I currently have my checking account, that verifies my payment was received by Regions on the due date, yet their system is chronically slow to post and thus they place "fees" on the accountEven after providing them with official documentation proving that the money was sent the day before the due date and actually received by Regions on the due date, they still refused to remove the $late feeThey act like banking bullies so that when they sucker people into coming to them they then charge them erroneous feesIt seems as if they will push the illegal fees, believing that for a fee of only $here and there, no one will take them to court over itDo yourself a favor and bank somewhere else because with Regions it's almost certain that you'll end up regretting itEven if they're "cheaper" they will most certainly charge you enough erroneous and unexpected fees to make up more than the difference

this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
I see that they are reviewing the complaint with a new manager, so I am assuming that they will have a new response after completing their review.  I am still expecting a full refund.  The car is sitting in my driveway, and I will have it towed back to them, or they can pick it up.  They can give me a check for the refund either way.  I am waiting to hear their decision.  As I stated before, I will accept a refund, but if they refuse, I will seek a refund and all additional costs under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
Regards,[redacted]

We have, as requested by Ms [redacted], returned two checks to her. One for the $ 1000.00 down payment and another for $ 40.00 for the bank fee to stop payment. We have verified with our bank that both checks have been cashed by Ms [redacted] and we consider this complaint resolved. Thank You !

Regards,
I had a written contract for a car. I did all the paperwork and they sold the car to someone after I did my paperwork. By accepting my down payment, they sold the car to me. When they discovered the mistake, they still had the car and should have made good on their end by giving me the car. Or they should have found a car with similar color make model and mileage wh oh they did not. How can a business take your down payment, have you sign paperwork and 18 hours later, sell the car to someone else?If they would have let me take the car the day I did the paperwork, this would not have happened.

The 2015 Black Jetta  at the El Paso dealership is no longer available-This is the time of year that leftover 2015  inventory becomes less and less available because  of the new 2016's arriving daily at higher prices and people buy up the less exspensive vehicles. For instance our dealership normally carries about 75 New Jettas in inventory and as of today we do not have a leftover 2015 Jetta in stock.

I applied for a mortgage loan in march 2015. After sending papers and papers, Regions Bank denied the mortgage loan five days before closing and sent my papers to another mortgage company. My daughter turned 15 on June 14, 2015 and now I can not count her social security income because I have to prove that I will receive the income for the next three years. The new mortgage company says that I can not count the income because there is two years and 11 months left. Regions bank took 4 months to give me an answer in the mortgage loan and wasted my time. They do not want to provide me with the name of the underwriter who was processing my paper work and I think I have the right to know the name of the person who has all my information. Every time I called Regions Bank for the loan officer, she said " I am waiting for an answer from the underwriter." It does not take almost 4 months for an answer. This was my third time applying with Regions bank and I feel that their acts were out of racism. I did not realize it at first but after looking at all the facts I feel that I was discriminated against.

On August 20, 2015, I applied for the Budget wireless Lifeline plan. I uploaded a copy of a Social Security award letter to show that I qualified for the program. Early in October, I received an email stating that they were awaiting proof of my qualification. I then submitted an online support request asking why I had received that email. Their representative wrote back that she would be glad to help me if I provided: mobile number/order number, last four of your SSN, name on the account, date of birth and address listed on the account/order. That seemed fishy to me, so I resubmitted only my phone number, address and the Budget Wireless order number that I had been assigned. Their representative then responded telling me to call their customer service number, which I had called several times and been disconnected after being told how minutes I had available. After informing her of my attempts to contact them using that number and requesting a number that would be answered by a human, she apologized citing high call volume. She then recommended that I kindly contact them at that same number. I called that number several more times and achieved the same result: disconnection after hearing how many minutes I had available. Since they obviously didn't want to help me, I waited thinking that they would call me to obtain additional information. No one from Budget Mobile ever called me, and on September 20, my phone stopped working. Now I just receive messages saying that someone has tried to call me and that my account has insufficient funds. I've tried adding funds to my account, on their website, but i'm redirected to my general account page. What now?

owed to me is refunded I will not drop this complaint. While it is not a direct reflection of the personnel involved, the business practices are not in the best interest of the customer.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] I've met with the finance manager to began to resolve this matter, however, the process to rectify this matter is still ongoing, I do not believe this case to be closed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Momuntum VW of Clear Lake - GM Jon B[redacted] (ph# 281-848-5500) along with the assistance of corporate office "Sonic" customer relations manager Vicky Comer (ph# 704-927-3446) and I are finally communicating, however still nothing has been resolved. I am still driving the VW Passat purchased 9-15-2015. I feel it has definite electrical/computer problems being dysfunctional and unsafe. They refuse to accept my suggestion of resolution...allowing me to return the Passat for a refund. I have countless email and phone correspondence of this for the last 5 weeks.Momentum VW has said they will "buy the Passat back at $11,000.00" (I paid $15,682.00 cash + taxes/fees). Showed me a ugly base model Jeep Liberty and also a base model VW Jetta, neither of much value or eye appeal to trade for Passat. Yet again purchasing a second vehicle at full retail and selling the Passat at wholesale so they can profit from me again!"This is a dramatic emotional and financial loss for me!"I am shocked how this business has such poor customer service and is taking advantage of people!I deeply regret the day I ever stepped foot into Momentum VW of Clear Lake!Regards,

Ms [redacted] and myself and a representative from our corporate office have worked together all week on trying to resolve her issues. When Ms [redacted] left my office on Friday, she has decided to drive her vehicle and I hope as well as she does that the issues have been addressed as she has wished. We...

here at the dealership are going to continue looking for another vehicle that might fit her needs and at that time we fell that we will be able to trade her cars and in the mean time she will have her full Certified VW Warranty to care of any other issues that may arise.--Thank you-Jon B[redacted]-General Manager
