I am rejecting this response because: Coordination with the tenant is not the problem, as evidenced by the fact that the Regis contractor was let into the home by the tenant to fix item #on the Customer Service Form, but items #through #were not fixed that same day or the subsequent months after Also, the Regis contractor had stated that because items #through #are exterior home issues, they can be repaired without need to enter the home, so coordination with the tenant is not needed These problems existed when the property was sold to me in November 2013, and I patiently waited until March for the problem to be fixed by submitting the Customer Service Request form I'm also rejecting this response because it has nearly been a week, and I have not heard from Regis, via BBS, when these problems will be fixed as stated in Regis' original response to this complaint via BBS

I am rejecting this response because: Coordination with the tenant is not the problem, as evidenced by the fact that the Regis contractor was let into the home by the tenant to fix item #5 on the Customer Service Form, but items #1 through #4 were not fixed that same day or the subsequent months after.  Also, the  Regis contractor had stated that because items #1 through #4 are exterior home issues, they can be repaired without need to enter the home, so coordination with the tenant is not needed.  These problems existed when the property was sold to me in November 2013, and I patiently waited until March 2014 for the problem to be fixed by submitting the Customer Service Request form.  I'm also rejecting this response because it has nearly been a week, and I have not heard from Regis, via BBS, when these problems will be fixed as stated in Regis' original response to this complaint via BBS.

Review: Regis Homes of Sacramento, LLC has not completed a service request as part of the warranty for purchasing a new home from them in November 2013. During the final walk through in November 2013, Regis Homes representative promised that balcony painting problems and stucco chip on side wall of balcony would be fixed. However, the problems were not fixed. On March 31, 2014, a Customer Service Request, as part of the company's warranty process, was sent via certified mail to Regis Homes of Sacramento, LLC, 1800 3rd St., Suite 250, Sacramento, CA 95811. The request was for the following items to be completed, which is under warranty: (1) Stucco chipped off on the balcony wall facing Tower Bridge Gateway (2) Significant paint stains on balcony stucco wall (3) Significant pain stains on balcony rail (4) Significant paint that has chipped off balcony rail, and (5) Malfunction of two electrical outlets on second and third floors. At the end of May 2014, a Regis Homes contractor confirmed that only item #5 had been completed and that work on items #1 through #4 would be completed shortly after. However, this work was not completed after many telephone attempts and voicemails left for the Regis Homes office as well as the contractor. Consequently, on August 11, 2014 another certified letter was sent to request service for items #1 through #4, including photos to illustrate the problem areas. Acknowledgment of the certified mail was received on August 18, 2014 by Cathy Waterbury. A Regis contractor telephoned shortly after in August 2014 and stated that he would complete items #1 through #4 in a week. However, this work was not completed and still is not complete.Regis Homes is violating its warranty policy if this work is not completed before the warranty timeframe end, although I have followed its warranty process and guidelines to submit the Customer Service Request Form and have been very patient since November 2013, when originally promised that these items would be fixed in a timely manner.Desired Settlement: The desired settlement is for the items listed on the Regis Service Request Form to be completed by November 17, 2014 or sooner.
