This salon is a horrible placeYesterday (Today is 11/23, the Thanksgiving day) I came in and the stylist (she has blonde long hair, I forgot her name) treated me badlyBesides rolling her eyes and having to ask her colleague how to make the hair on the back shorter, she said to me, "Your haircut has taken too much time and I have to charge you $more!" I asked "how much time did it take you?" then I looked into the clock and saw it was hour and minutes onlyShe continued to cut my hair (with the help of her colleague) and when I came home I found two holes on the back of my hair, which were so obvious that everyone who saw them said, "this is unacceptable."
Through the haircut, she often asked me "so is this short enough" with impatient voice, and even her colleague said, "she wouldn't know, she cannot look at her own back."

Review: On 12/7/2014 I purchased hair product from a Regis salon in Thousand Oaks,ca. On my way home I noticed that one particular ingredient I may have a reaction to it. I took the product to a Regis salon in Ventura. I asked the assoc. [redacted] that I would like to refund. She immediately stated we do not have gift cards or know how to refund product. I purchased with cash plus about 5dolar gift card. Total retail of product was $13.05. She stated I would have to drive back to place of purchase. I called next morning guest services ###-###-#### and was told when they open store in Ventura they would take care of return. The receipt does state that refund is okay within 30days. I went to store and was told that they would not take back product. I called guest services and told them of story they said they would mail a check. I said I was not satisfied with ventura's issue of not taking care of issue. I asked to speak to district manager. She called back and said she was not confortable to give refund and I should not come back to Regis Salons. I called the executive office and spoke to a [redacted] and she would speak to CEO about scenario and two days later have not heard from them. I have a receipt stating that I can have return with a valid receipt. I expect them to comply with their own policy and procedures.Desired Settlement: get a refund for $13.05 and take their advice as to never step into their establishments ever again

Review: Paid to have my hair colored by this salon. They did not finish the job but charged me $200.00 and when I advised them that the job was not complete they blew me off and told me to wait for the stylist to call me. she left the the salon without ever contact me. Manager could care less told us if we did not like it to call the district manager. We also filed a complaint with the Mall per the suggestion of Mall security.Desired Settlement: At this point I want a refund so I can have my hair fixed.
