I have attached a copy of the register receipt tape currently running at the Super Valu in Thorp, WI as you will see the ad for Country Floral is currently running on it. I also spoke with the owner at the store today who confirmed with me that her ad is in fact running on the tape thereCountry floral was given a free ad on the Stanley grocery store and will be running at the Super Valu for months Her original contract was for months at the Thorp Store. She got free advertisement in Stanley and is getting a free months at Thorp We will not be giving her a refund as her ad is running and she is getting what she paid for plus more. Purchased this program from Rod with the promise he would drop off receipts from the local gas stations and grocery store in Marshfield for reimbursement He never did with requests going unanswered I went to both multiple times and couldn't find my business on the receipts I gave up trying and again asked Rod to supply them with no response to my email Please do yourself a favor and avoid Rod and his business

I paid $210.00 to have my business ad on the back of a receipt at a local grocery store. My contract with them clearly stated the coupon would expire Sept 1st, 2016. They printed it stating Dec 31st 2016. We did not want the coupon to last that long. I called several times and heard nothing. I emailed and finally heard that there were no refunds. I corresponded several times stating they did not send me a preview ad and had not fulfilled their contract as we had signed it. They said nothing. I requested a partial refund as this is clearly their problem and stated I was very concerned with their lack of business ethics in this issue and their correspondence. They did not respond. It was very unprofessional.
