Awful Had good results at first, even recommended the service to other business owners, horrible mistake The grocery store has not used the tape in over two months, get nothing but excuses and the run around Could not be more disappointed, this is a disservice

Last April an RTUI Employee came to show us his company's (RTUI) advertising programIt was a one year contract where a quarterly ad is placed on the back of a grocery store register receiptHe presented very compelling and colorful charts that led us to believe results were guaranteed and that we would be receiving high redemption rates by the 6th month of the programI wish I would have taken pictures of the pitch book the sales person brought to the meetingThe cost was $per month and he also led us to believe that the location we were interested in was almost full and we needed to make a fast decisionIt was only because of the very compelling data he presented and the perceived urgency with which we needed to commit that we decided to participateUnfortunately, we would find out the hard way that the program and the benefits we were presented was too good to be true Our ad program started in July We watched for the promised results, but were very disappoin

I discussed pricing with Ann [redacted] on this deal and we agreed to give her special discounted rates to get the store over 12k and give the realtor lots of exposure Ann [redacted] confused the pricing that we discussed for the header and applied it to the larger positions Once I learned about the pricing to be on 100% of the carts I notified Ann *** that we would not accept this contract as it was way below any pricing that I had done in my years here ($for 100% of the larger positions (I can't remember if it was directory or front) After explaining to Ann [redacted] in detail our possible discounts she asked if I would explain this to the customer I agreed that I wouldI believe that I contacted the customer within hours of her signing the contract I explained that there was misunderstanding about possible discounts and that our company would not be able to honor the pricing that was on the contract I further explained that Ann [redacted] was an Independent Representative and that her contracts have to be approved by corporate and that we could not approve it as it was well below any pricing that we do with [redacted] I also explained that this exposure package usually goes for around $8400, so $wasn't even close to that However, since we had written a contract for $2250, I would still honor getting her on every cart with the header position It was at this point that Hina started to and continued to speak over me without listening She insisted that the error was not her fault (I agreed) and that the rep should have to cover the mistake I tried to explain that this was just an error and that we could still get her excellent coverage but she continued to talk over me and say that I was trying to get more money out of her I assured her that this wasn't the case and that we could still get her great coverage for her contract amount She continued that Ann [redacted] signed and approved the contract I tried to explain that all contracts are approved in Houston and that Ann [redacted] was not authorized to approve a contract As an Independent Representative, she can only submit contracts for corporate approval and that we could not approve this At this point, Hina was raising her voice at me and insisting that we honor the pricing Further, she would not let me speak Finally, I asked her to please lower her voice and let me respond She told me that she was very upset with us not honoring our commitment and that she honors all of hers I mentioned that contracts often get rejected for typos and mistakes and she insisted that when they do that she would financially cover any mistakes and that she expected Ann [redacted] to do the same I tried to respond but she continued on and at this point I mentioned that since she was again raising her voice and not letting me speak that I was going to have to go I was polite and we ended the conversation I believe that she knows that she got a crazy deal out of Ann [redacted] and I think that she is trying take advantage of this Unfortunately, she is not willing to work with us at a reasonable rate Ann [redacted] did not run the card and we have not submitted the contract due to the pricing I have gone over pricing and discounts with Ann [redacted] so this will not happen again Please feel free to call me with any questionsThanks, Walt [redacted] Regional Sales Manager Cartvertising Inc214-355-Tell us why here

Excuse meWe are not con artists or criminalsI am highly offended that you would suggest such a thingWe have already told you how to resolve this situationOur salesperson stated he does not even drink and he explained everything to your employee, whom you yourself told me is in charge of purchasing your advertising You stated you have video which contradicts our salesperson's account of eventsPlease send us a copy of that video so we can see for ourselves if he was acting with integrity as all representatives are instructed to do, or if he acted as you have claimed.Thank you [redacted]
