Registry Apartments

Review: I have been living in this apartment for almost a year now and I will not be renewing my lease. I have had several repair issues that they just come in and put a Band-Aid over. I call the rental office and the Manager always tells me it will be fixed...then its not until days/weeks later. I have several different things in the apartment that have been on my checklist that is still not tended to. I have called the corporate office and they are a joke. They are too busy to answer calls or complaints. Registry apartments is in a nice area and the rent is 877.00. Way too much for its old conditions. The manager keeps talking about renovations...which I haven't seen since I been there. The only reason I moved to 1st Lake properties is because Tonti gave me the same problems. Everything was old and they wouldn't fix anything. Right now I have a sofa in front of my patio that has been there for 2 weeks, and a broken gate/door at the entrance that has been that way for days which is a safety issue and nobody seems to care. Not to mention the fact that the pool there is uncovered/not gated and anybodys kid or visitor can fall/slip right into it. I would hope somebody takes over this entire property and make it better.Desired Settlement: I would like to be transferred to a better property, or a refund, or explanation of why this place is so horrible and slow about fixing things when tenants pay so much rent?
