Horrible company He was sent to me through the 2-warranty company to fix my gas stove Lee came out and took my sixty dollars paymentHe said he would order parts and get back to me At our first meeting he seemed very professional and pleasant I waited to hear from him and heard nothing I called him several weeks later and he said the warranty company was going to send me money to pay for the stove to be replaced When I called the warranty company, they said he was supposed to order parts to fix it They contacted him and told him to do so I waited another two weeks and I called again He told me again the warranty company was going to give me money to replace the stove I told him we had already been through this and I could conference call the warranty company in He said no and all the sudden he said he had the parts (as if by magic) At this point I knew who had been lying to meI wanted to work this out with him because he already had my money and the warranty company's money I figured this was the easiest route for everyone After that, it was a series of him not making appointment times or being vague about when he was coming When I tried to nail down a time, he would be avoidant He would also show up at times I did not know he was coming and was not home One particular time he knew I was not home because he had just gotten off the phone with me He would leave a card in my door so he could tell the warranty company he had been here He would call them and tell them he could not reach me or I was not there for scheduled appointments He tried to make it look like it was my fault that he had not been able to fix the stove This has gone on for two months I have finally given up I agree with the other reviewer that he is a crook I gave him plenty of opportunities to come and fix my stove as I was on a holiday break from work At one point I told him he could come anytime in the next three days and he still could not make it to an appointment with me It is and was beyond frustrating I would highly recommend that you try anyone else to fix your appliancesI have never in my life been treated this way by anyone who was offering a service The warranty company is sending someone else out now Hopefully this will work out better Who knows if the warranty company will get their parts or their money for the parts back From what I understand, it was not cheap
