I have been a client of Regus for over years, was promised my rental deposit returned upon cancellation, then was informed the fine print read within daysIt has been almost a half a year and I am constantly getting lies regarding my refund The last notice appeared so genuine - but I realize now it was something fabricated: TASK RESOLVED: Return of Retainer Processed: [redacted] Retainer refund request has been completed amounting to $ 1198. Your request will be included on October 20, payment run. Please be advised that payment will take 4-working days before it will hit client bank account. Please make sure that there will be no additional or upcoming charges on this account.
