We had a month to month virtual membership with this company at their *** Location. We decided to cancel the membership, months ago by calling them to cancel. Each time we called, they claimed their system was down, took down our information, and stated theu would cancel, but they did not cancel. Months went by.

Eventually, they stated that we needed a written notice to the center to cancel. With tremendous frustration with Regus' failure to communicate and handle a simple request, we called the center on ***, gave their Manager, Christopher, a written notice, paid their invoice, and he acknowledged that the account was closed and gave us a final invoice. Yet once again the account was not canceled!

The center in Washington gave us a final invoice, and we paid it. They indicated that the account was closed. This after telling us through hoops to find our invoice in their online system, which did not provide us with access to our invoice. We still had not seen actual invoices, but took their word for it and paid with yet another letter to cancel. A week later we received another invoice with a different number on it, indicating we had overpaid them and they owed us a refund. We called to speak with the Manager, but he was no longer available, so we escalated the matter to Regional Manager, a fellow named Donal E.

In any event, after numerous phone calls, and written emails, and paid invoices, to cancel this account, we received another invoice for December! When we contacted the regional manager he simply indicated: contact the email at the HQ the help desk -- there is nothing I can do, and your account will continue to be charged!

This is beyond the pale -- On Thanksgiving day we have to deal with this abuse from Regus. A simple matter of closing a virtual month to month membership.

Upon further research, it appears that Regus engages in aggressive tactics and with maybe intentional fraud and coercion against consumers worldwide -- people are outraged

We have responded to the customer and the issue is now resolved. The agreement had already been terminated on November 28th for end date of November 30th (see attached screenshot).

The last invoice on the account was issued a few days ago and we have credited the amount (see attached credit note) the account is now at 0 outstanding balance and the customer will not receive any invoices moving forward.
