Regus

I've spoken with my community team (Brad) and nothing has been done, and was told there is nothing that can be done.
I DO NOT Feel safe at the Toledo Office. The main door to the building is supposed to open with a keys card which the door is always unlocked no matter what time I go to the building (weekends, extended hours late in the evening). The door to the 2nd floor reception area is supposed open with the door card key but again the lock don't work so anyone can walk right on in the building go to the 2nd floor do as they wish to whatever or whomever they find and nothing will be done since the security measures that were said to be put in place before the building opened on September 1, 2022 works at ALL. I DO NOT Feel safe doing business out of the Regus Building. I've spoken with my team (Brad) as well as the VP of Sales from the Maumee location. All that was suggested was Bill could transfer me to the Maumee branch which is not where my client base is. I cannot put my clients or myself in danger due to the Regus Franchise NOT caring for their clients. I understand that Regus has to pass an inspection and will make sure the door key card readers are working but that is only for the inspection Not for the safety of your clients renting out your office space. Bill has reached out and said the things will be up and working SOON but that does not give me any type of reassurance due to it currently not working. This is unforgivable that Regus Franchise is only out for themselves and for the money aspect.

Excessive late fee charged. I received notice that they had not received payment for the current invoice. I had mailed the payment in a timely manner but evidently it did not arrive. I was notified they had not received the check. I spoke with the receptionist and she stated they had a new mail man and had been having issues with the mail. I said to keep me informed and if I needed to send another check I would do that. I then received an invoice for the next month, since my other monthly payment had not been received I had a late fee. Total invoice is $57.00 Late fee amount was $27.00. I inquired about waiving the late fee since the payment had been sent and we have never been late with a payment.
I was told by the area manager to contact customer service at the corporate office. I contacted customer service and they denied my request to waive the late fee.
I have paid both invoices which included the late fee . I believe the fees to be very excessive.

We gave 3 months notice to Regus as required by my contract, I would be moving out of my office. I moved out 1 month early allowing them extra time to get the office in renting condition. I was subsequently charge for "business continuity fees" these charges were also in the contract but could be cancelled according to our Carla who was the Community Manager. Carla in fact helped me cancel the business continuity. We get our final bill from November, the BC fees have been removed, but now they tell me in November we still owe one more month. I sent several emails showing cancelled checks, stating they had not applied payment correctly, this went on until March of 2018. In March of 2018 the BC charges show up again. I send them an email back stating this service was cancelled as of October 31, 2017 (one month before my contract is up). I have yet to hear back from them, I believe my last email to them was on 4/2/2018.
