Merchant made no attempt to resolve the issue and stated that I "signed a non-refundable promotional package" during point of sale, and that the packages were "meant to help [patients]" save in bulk." No, it is meant to earn profitIf the Merchant really wanted patients to save money, they would offer them a refund of services not rendered, and not by encouraging patients to purchase packages while offering a "discount" and then tell them later that it was "non-refundable", which by doing so, as a medical professional and binding to the code of ethics of the profession, counts as THEFT

We will seek the maximum amount of damages possible under the law, which will be significantly more than the payment you are disputing.Mister Wei, to be clear you signed a NON-REFUNDABLE promotional package to receive savings on the per session rate. The document serves as your official receipt and is a BINDING contract with us.We offer this promotional rate to help our clients save in bulk. Whether you purchase a package or pay per session is not contingent on being a client here. You were given a choice to pay the full session rate or purchase a package to receive a promotion. You elected to purchase the promotion without pressure on the day of your evaluation. In fact, the same signature you used on our agreement is the same one you used to file the credit card dispute.On your second visit, you left with our product, OPTP Compressor Belt, without paying. We have video surveillance of your engagements here and will use it if we need further proof. We then deducted the cost of the belt off your balance which we normally do not do.
