Cherry is finished, and Ray really helped my vision come to life. And since he is an investor himself, he REALLY GETS IT.
Rehab Squad made it so easy. Ray took care of everything and allowed me to get back to what I was doing (Lead Gen, Appointment Setting, Homeschooling the kids)
I think we had a total of 4 phone calls throughout the entire process.
Even in times like these with all the crazy stuff going on, they still got it done!
I was able to call my leads, send out contracts and actually BOUGHT ANOTHER HOUSE, while this one was being rehabbed, so I have the next one already lined up!

The first time I met Ray,owner of the Rehab Squad I was in a bind and asking for a favor. I had procrastinated getting a bid needed to fight my homes tax appraisal. We met on a Friday late afternoon and walked the property,Ray informed me that a bid this extensive would take 2-3days. I shared with him that I had really dropped the ball and needed it like yesterday. He committed to have me one by 24 hours. I was amazed that within the next 6 hours on a Friday night I received a detailed 7 page bid. This bid was reasonable priced, I look forward to working with Rehab Squad,Ray in my mind went above and beyond on his customer service, I strongly recommend you giving Rehab Squad an opportunity to earn your business. I hired Rehab Squad to do a complete remodel of a Carrollton condo. They were professional from the first meeting to final walk through -- on time, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. This job was scheduled to take a month but they finished in just three weeks! Everything looks great and in perfect condition. I will definitely put them at the top of my list. So should you.
