Benita,This it is going to be a long a confusing replay so please if you have any questions please call me so that there is no confusion about the situation. On 2/23/Collin *** came into our business Extreme Auto Body & Towing and told us that he needed to trade in his Dodge Ram
truck that because he could not afford, had just purchased and still had the temp plates on truck, and would like to trade it in on a cheaper diesel that we had on our lotWe told him we did not want in on trade and he then begged us and we then looked at the deal to help the customer out. He chose the Chevy Silverado, told the sale man that it was the truck that he wanted and to try and get him approved for financingAt this point of the sale he had not even test drove the Chevy. We did get him approved for the truck at our local financing bank which included the purchase of the Chevy and the difference from trade in price and payoff price. There was a difference of $ All the paperwork and contracts were wrote up.The transaction we thought was completed at that time. We sent a check out for the payoff of his Dodge to Chrysler Capital. Waited two weeks and then made a call to Chrysler Capital to check on the status of the title since I had made the payment and they then informed me that they had received the payment. At that time I put a stop payment on the check that I had issues the first time. Wrote out a second check out and then had Collin Fed ex it overnight so that he knew it was sent out. He did pay for the over night fee but was paid back from us. Since there had been all the confusion on getting this lien paid Collin had canceled the extra warrant that he took out on his dodge. There was a difference then for a payoff amount from the day we did paperwork till I had to issue the second check. We did write out and pay Collin the difference ($3216.00) so that we was not out and money and the amounts on the purchase contact and the agreed amount were held to. I was continuing to call and make sure that the payment was made with the second check and they then again told me that the check had been misplaced. So yet again I did a stop payment on the second check and sent in a money order. Figuring that way they would not have to put a hold on the title knowing that the money order is good money and no way of being returned. I had told the representative on phone, the gentleman that told me the check was misplaced that I would be putting a stop payment on the check and sending in a money order. He never noted the account processed the check and then returned my money order because they though the account was paid off and didn't know about the stop payment I had put on the check. To this day I am still waiting for the title. While we were waiting for the payment he had told us that he had a few problems that he said his friend told him about. We went ahead and fixed the concern, even though all the concerns he had were disclosed on the buyers guide and the purchase was an "AS IS" Sale. Also it had been almost a month before he had brought the truck back to have us look at it. It was 3/21/when we had been made aware of the problems and made the repairs. We had a repair bill of $on the repairs that we had fixed. We did NOT charge the customers for these repairs and also gave him a free loaner vehicleWe were just trying to please the customer and make sure that he was happy. With all of this being said and in all honestly we have tried to help this customer out as much as we could including giving him $cash that should have been just paid of in the payment of the lien that we had paid for him. We also fixed his truck a month after the sale and it was an "AS IS" sale. I am sorry but there us nothing less that we are able to do to help this customer out. We feel we have gone over and beyond to help him. Thanks

Regarding ID # ***Mr*** *** is a friend of the owner here at ExtremeWe did over $5,worth of extra to the motor after he bought it, as well as bought him a brand new bed liner from Toys for Trucks, which wasn't part of the dealWe did buy him a topper, that “wasn’t good enough” All
was done because he was a friend, now he just keeps wanting extras for this truckWe finally said enough and he still wanted more, we cannot keep giving to a customer/friend, as we wouldn't be in business anymore if we continued to do this for everyoneEvery story has three sides to it, his side, our side, and the truthAs of now we will not do anything further, and will not give anything more to *** ***, all problems further can be forwarded to our attorney who we have hired for this case.Thank you,***Office Assistant

Well to set the matter straight the plow topper and bedliner was in the agreementOtherwise if the bedliner wasn't why was the topper not put on and soldAs for the suppose ably put into the motorWas your mechanics not properly inspecting the truck before it was sold to meDumping diesel into the motor was your fault not mine.Revdex.com:
