Mr*** contacted us yesterday about his complaints. It was an oversight that we did not send his tax receipts to him prior. We also sent him a check to cover all damages. As soon as I talked to him yesterday we went to the post office to over night the material. The

This letter is in reference to our business dealing with [redacted]. We were hired to move her household into our storage facility for short term storage and then later to her new residence. Prior to her move she met the General Manager who gave her a guaranteed price explained our company policies. He explained her Insurance options at the time of the initial meeting. She did not purchase any addition Insurance selecting only the free and included insurance of 60 cents per pound we like to leave our customers happy. I discuss the matter with the owner and we were willing to go out and meet with her she told me that she was leaving immediately for Florida to care for a sick family member and had no idea when she was returning. A customer only has 30 days to put in an Insurance claim. She told me she would call the office when she returned. I did not hear from her gain until she filed the claim with Revdex.com. In our initial response I said that she can contact both the office and the owner and we would be happy to discuss the situation. She responded that she would rather continue through an intermediary. Out of respect for the customer we did not call her. If she wishes to contact us we would be more than happy to discuss any and all issues she had with her move. If I had known when she would be back, I would have been in contact. she can contact call the office at [redacted] or the owner's personal cell at [redacted]. We would also discuss this matter with a rep from the Revdex.com. Please let us know how we can be of assistance.
