who is scheduled to review the installation this week.  The system this customer received is sized properly for her house.  The newly installed unit, when running in the first sstage, runs on less BTU's than her original unit.  The customer keeps the thermostat set at 63 degrees in the evening.  We have been in constant contact with Trane Customer Service about the unit and her customer satisfaction.  Rehagen's and Trane have made all attempts to make the customer happy and we are continuing to evaluate and resolve the issues.
