[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Contrary to what the business stated, I did not receive a 2nd email correcting the proposalTo be clear,I received one and one email from Robin B [redacted] or anyone else awssociated with Choice Concrete, and that one email contained the proposal that I acceptedThe alleged 2nd email was not even mentioned during our conversation of=n June 3.Furthermore, I did not change the proposalIt contained alternatives - one to replace the entire driveway, and an alternative to replace approximately 1/of the drivewayThe second section, which I did cross out, read "Per our discussion via the phone - Here are optional prices to only do a portion of your Driveway..."It is nonsensical to think I would replace all of my driveway per section of the proposal AND replace 1/of my driveway per section Regards, [redacted] ***

On May 9th Our Office manager Robin B*** sent off via email generated by John H*** a proposal for repairing the captioned drivewayWhile immediately logging in her paperwork she noticed a typo on the amounted quoted for repairs to which she immediately sent an email saying she made a
mistake in typing the price quoted was in error this transpired within minutes of the original proposalThe customer has chosen to try and get over on us and utilize the generated copy with the mistakeIt is our practice to send a proposal unsigned to the customer so he may read it and sign his end and return the proposal for our ratificationThe customer returned the proposal signed with an email stating"I am accecpting your unrevoked(his words) offer of May 9th" Two problems he changed the body of the proposal and utilized the copy with our office managers mistake, hence the word "unrevoked"This is why our policy is to review all proposals prior to signing and making then a contract and returning them with both signaturesWe have been in business since and this has been our procedureTo date we have never had a problem and this one of the reasons Revdex.com has given us the rating we have

Per John's conversation with this person choice will when in the area this summer check out the crack that has appearedJohn has a copy of this complaint and will expedite his investigation even though this complaint occurred after the warranty period had expired
