My mother passed away in December 2013. I wanted my mother's headstone to be placed on a solid piece of granite next to my father's with matching lettering and border. The cemetery told me that it could not be done and that my options were limited. (To be fair.....I may have been working with an inexperienced "sales" person".) Regardless, I wanted to properly honor my parents.
I contacted [redacted] with Rehorn & Kelly. He was actually on vacation at the time but still stayed in constant communication with me to make sure [redacted] at their office was helping me. She was wonderful as well.
Rehorn & Kelly not only made the memorial exactly as I had requested but kept me informed to the progress, kept their time commitments, and were more reasonably priced than the cemetery.
This is not the type of business you ever want to work with.....but if the need is there....I would not hesitate to purchase their services again.
