I am rejecting this response because: The dividends that you claim you gave me were never used, and your corporate office verified that for me, so I don't seem to understand why you will not give me the membership fee back that I was sold under pretenses

We received a complaint through the Revdex.com regarding customer [redacted] regarding a pair of footwear. From REI’s perspective the matter is resolved. Determination was made that the footwear was damaged because of use and not defective. It our...

determination that the “Satisfaction Guarantee” didn’t apply in this case as “regular wear and tear” is not included.
 
 “REI’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.”
 
We’re open to any direct communication to the customer regarding this decision or in regard to membership status. For more details regarding REI’s satisfaction guarantee please reference the following.
