As a cooperative, we want to ensure that our members receive the best care.  On October 26th, Ms. [redacted] contacted us electronically to alert us to the security tag still attached to the duffel she ordered online.  We are very sorry for this error.  To protect the privacy and financial security of customers, we are unable to conduct financial transactions, such as returns via email.  We asked her at that point to contact our customer service phone number, where our employees could process the return.  Ms. [redacted] declined to call.  As we do value Ms. [redacted] as a member, we are reaching out to her directly via phone to complete her return.   Please let us know if you have any further questions about this complaint.  Thank you.   Kaj [redacted]
