We got a hold of the customer and she requested a refund When we tried to do it, it looks like the credit card she had used has been cancelled, so we cannot proceed with that refund We have tried contacting her by email and phone multiple times since Thursday with no response

I am rejecting this response because:I spoke with the owner on Thursday and she informed me that she would try to process the refund again. The card you have on file is STILL ACTIVE and has not been cancelled. I have it in my wallet and used it yesterday.Additionally, no one has tried to contact me via phone or email since my last phone conversation with the owner on Thursday. I welcome you to try again and I will provide you with the full card number AGAIN if you reach out to me. I do not consider this issue resolved and will continue to pursue it.
