Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Professional Dry Cleaning DOES NOT Cause High Quality Linen to Shrink almost % In my case drape shrunk inches I suspect that they equipment either malfunctioned and water got in the fluid or it was washed and dried in a drier instead of Dry Cleaned The Business did try and block the drape but no additional length was achieved when they attempted thisI told the staff when I picked it up that Blocking did not workThe business could have also measured the drape itself to confirm thatThe drape has a label that details the proper length and cleaning instructionsI asked the staff at the location( on different days ) to please have the owner call me to explain why Dry Cleaning would cause this shrinkage No one ever called me and no one would give me a phone number to use to call them I was left with no choice but to file a complaint with Revdex.comI did respond after they redid drape I once asked owner to call me to discuss and they still did not Regards, [redacted] ***

a coop responsibility to repair or replaceDue to the fact that GMC would have either used Dynamic or Classic to install a new sleeveIt would appear responsible that the coop would pay this expense and reimburse the resident.I am sorry that *** *** did not reach out to me while correspondence was going on with *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:The bottom couple of inches had a water stain The drape was still full length when it was brought to cleaner I have another drape that also got a larger water stain and it is still full length after drying out naturallyI would be happy to show it to them so they can see that it did not shrink.The business states that they let the drape air dry before they attempted to Dry Clean itThat was a professional step on their part I am asking the business to explain why a dry linen drape shrunk inches when they cleaned itI suspect the drape was exposed to additional water during the cleaning and when they dried it with heated air the shrinkage took place.This business has yet to explain why Professional Dry Cleaning methods would cause this linen to shrink almost 10%

Customer brought the panel in with water damageWe had to hang dry the panel before we could even dry clean it due to the water damage.We have an experienced dry cleaner and manager at the Round Rock plant.We have received many curtains or specialty garments that require special attention
