Best experience with a plumber I've had. The plumber, Steve that made the initial visit was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional. Took care of what I needed and prepared a very accurate quote of what was required to repair my solar system. I don't remember the name of the associate that came out to do the solar repair; but he too was top notch, I apologize for not remembering his name. I will not use anyone else for my future plumbing needs. I'd recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing help!

I am very frustrated with this co. I have a problem with the solar hot water tank they installed. It frequently quits working properly & I have to call them to come take care of it. Usually I don't receive promised call backs from them & have to call again. Then I get scheduled several days or even weeks out. The biggest problem I have is that the cement foundation under the water heater is crumbling, probably from the extreme weight of all that water. I feel they didn't adequately assess the strength of the foundation before installing the heater. For over one year now I have been trying to get someone from their co. to take care of the situation, but all I'm getting is the run around, and broken promises.
