On January 31, 2020 this company's vehicle was observed by myself, cleaning the sewer system on ***. The sewage was observed on the sidewalk and the street. The staff member performing the service was observed using a water hose to clean off the sidewalk and he noticed me watching from across the street and said "don't worry, I'll clean it up". On the next day I noticed the area had not been properly cleaned and there was residual sewage on the sidewalk and on the street near the sewer. Unfortunately, it was the weekend and the company was closed. The following Monday, I called the company and was rudely met by a staff member. When he answered the phone he didn't identify himself, when I asked who I was speaking with he asked me to identify myself, when I did he proceeded to hang the phone up. When I called back and asked to speak to the manager I was met by the next rude employee who identified himself as the general manager. Not satisfied with his unprofessionalism, I asked him for the name of the owner of the company and he stated "I don't have time for this, deal with me, I'm the general manager, I'm not gonna give you that information".
After contacting a Baltimore branch I obtained the name and phone number of the vice president who apologized for the conduct of the two previous employees and stated "someone will be out there to clean it up", she collected my contact information and said she'd call me when the work was complete. The next day there was no call, the mess was untouched, so I again contacted the vice president. She stated "I was told the work was already done". I then sent her a video of the mess and she again said "someone will be there tomorrow to clean it up". Needless to say, four days passed and nothing was done and the sewage remains on the sidewalk and street near the sewer. I asked the vice president via e-mail for the name of the company's president and contact information and was met with a sarcastic response.
