Hey there ***, I see that you had some concerns about our demo tractors that I wanted to clear up Mahindra has set up a demo program that allows us to put pricing online which we do with a few different tractors There have been numerous times where we have customers say they want them because it's such a good price and once they do that we take the advertising down Some times the customer changes their mind and wants a smaller or larger tractor or a different transmission then backs out of the demo version and goes to another When that happens we post back up the same demo advertisement because it actually is available then.It's not uncommon for us to take down and repost a demo a couple of different times I'm not sure exactly which one you were looking at but we'd be happy to help you find the tractor you want, we do have a few new tractors that are going to be put in demo status in the next day or two All that said, we are as honest and straight as they come, I have no intentions on cheating anyone or taking advantage of anyone I've worked very hard to get very good ratings across the board and become one of the top dealers in Texas for my trailer line and as high as #out of Mahindra dealers!I've never been beat on an apples to apples price or spec comparison and we pride ourselves on giving great value deals to all our customers.Now, I do believe it could have been handled better with the communications We are have some growing pains where all sales guys get slammed then we have to let return calls linger on longer than I'd like Once it gets past 6pm I don't think we should be doing sales calls as that's family time We also shouldn't be having the receptionist answer questions for us but the flip side is we also don't want the customer to be awaiting that answer for a few hours when we can't even get a bathroom break due to being overly busy Hopefully we'll be in a position to add some team members down the road to ease all of the craziness.Anyways!
