This person never offered me anything for freeI have it all in writingHowever, I'd happily take the audio and the book, due to the original contractthis is not the first complaint, he is all over Ripoff Report and always cites our emotions for the reason for not replying and not honoring his contracts and that we lack patienceOne man operation or not, he did not offer me anything and never responded to over emailsThereby and therefore he did not honor the lifetime of support that he purports and will not simply replace the files I paid for which were audio and in a book formatThe only one that was helpful was the audioThe book is more about how to manipulate women with this devastating mental issueAnd how our low self esteem has caused the whole thingThis isn't even trueboth sections of the contract were not upheldAnd, just as I suspected, there is no download link in my emails, therefore he is once again lying

I have already replied to *** informing her that I have lost those old audio recordings*** happensAs a result, I have offered her a free copy of the new BPD program that I currently have availableI have emailed her this information and I'm simply waiting on her to get back to me if she wants
it or notIt's up to her, I can send her it for free
To anyone else reading this: understand that I am a one-man operationI get hundreds of emails dailyIt's virtually impossible for me to respond right away, but I DO read every email (though some get filtered into spam and I miss them)
I've been running this website and selling my courses for years, and this is the first Revdex.com complaint I can rememberSo please be patient and WORK WITH ME if you have an issueDon't let your emotions get out of control and write something up when I simply haven't gotten to your email yet

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meWith the caveat, that though MrR***'s emails had been resting in my junk mail, he still has not provided the one thing I asked for---this new material is quite self-helpy and subsequently pre-supposes that we have low self esteem to go out with these peopleThe last material was actually geared to managing how we were feeling when dealing with someone with Borderline Personality DisorderI feel it unfair to lambast me, when I just wanted to re-get or even re-purchase what I initially paid forInstead MrR***s, who I think means well and is a nice person, has sent me many hours to wade through, when it was only one audio I neededHis old material helped me and I'm devastated my computer failed and he cannot find it or send it to me because he made what he considers a better, stronger productI apologized for not having seen his messages as they were in the wrong place and I was upset he hadn't responded, so I take back the mean things I saidI even agreed to have the entire complaint removed if he could just send me the one file, now he is saying he did, when he actually did not because he lost them, I guessIn all honesty, I would never want to interfere with someone's livelihood and have already made my apologiesHowever, Rick did not send me what he promisedWhat he did send me was something that, while helpful was not the old material, which was so helpful I actually credit it to keeping me sane while dealing with someone who is struggling with this illnessI am happy to remove all these complaints if he could provide this one thing that I asked for, but now he is angry again after I thought we had already made peaceSo, he is not telling the truthI am no in receipt of the initial product I purchasedSincerely, *** ***
