Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because the company has not done any of the things that they claim that they have doneI was only offered one chance to view the apartment and they would not work with me on a timeWhenever I arrived at the company to potentially purchase the apartment and view it, I asked multiple questions and times about whether or not the apartment was in good shape, etc and the employer continued to tell me that everything was in good shape and that there were no bugs or anythingThey also would not allow me to see it fully in person until I signed the contract because they claimed that they were too busy to show me the apartment, etcThe company also lied about what the apartment looked like from the inside and including the outside of the buildingAlso, the company stated that I am behind on rent but why would I pay rent whenever they decided to change the locks for the apartment and they have someone else currently living there nowI would like this matter resolved ASAP because I do not want them to continue contacting me anymore with their negative attitudesI would just like my money back and to also have someone from the Revdex.com to contact me via the phoneThank you.*** ***

were made available, these were declined. The picture of the property that is posted online is an exterior picture only, and there is one of themIt was clear the Ms *** did not drive past the property to see before she moved in, which could have been done on the day she signed the contractThe property has three other tenants living in the other apartments with no complaints.Ms *** was not compelled in any way to sign a contract to rent the apartment and she is an adultAt no time did any employee of this company call *** *** a "liar".Ms *** is now behind in this month's rents and faces eviction proceedings as well as a judgement for lost rent damagesAny future outstanding balance could be placed for collection and reported to a credit bureau. Ms *** did not have to sign the contract and could have walked away at any timeWe described the property accurately and we have over tenants living in our propertiesMs *** has a signed contract to rent the property and it is still in effectWe have not moved any one else into this apartment as we have a contract with Ms ***The keys Ms *** gave back still fit the locks to this unit and we have not changed the locks, this assertion by Ms *** is outright and a baseless smear as are the other untrue statements from her We will be starting eviction proceeds and a judgement for damages as Ms *** has successfully lobbied the credit card companies she used to pay the deposit and rent to return the funds to her, as the funds have been pulled from our accounts and we are fighting the charge backsWe will be reporting this debt to a collection agency and credit reporting agenciesWe have cc'd Ms *** on the previous email to the Revdex.com as we have this emailThis is the only correspondence with Ms ***.Regards,*** ***Forge Properties, Inc*** ***
