Cartridge. Customer paid deductible fee of $75.00On 11-5-1.5 Service technician returned upon request of customer.
Found new issue of pipe banging against ceiling in basement. Per warranty
company...

they declined as a recall. They directed us to invoice owner. We
secured loose piping with a pipe strap.Reilly Plumbing did this
work for the warranty company and we follow their policies. If this customer
has an issue, it is with the warranty company.
