Attached to that email was a copy of each Consent Judgment Entry as well as an accounting indicating original amount, the current balance due, the date of the last payment, and the payment amount. entered into 15 privately funded [redacted]s totaling approximately S 159,000.00. Those [redacted]s were assigned pre-default to my client, [redacted]. Post-default they were sent to the law firm of Reimer, Arnovitz, Chernek & Jeffrey, Co. L.P.A. for collection. After attempting to resolve without suit, seven lawsuits were filed encompassing all 15 accounts. Counsel was retained by [redacted] and Consent Judgment Entries were entered into and tiled with the court. Those Entries were signed by [redacted] as well as her counsel. Mr. [redacted] raises two issues in his complaint to the Revdex.com. Firstly. that he got --Zero- response. That is incorrect. I emailed him on February 19, 2016. February 20, 2016, March 7. 2016 and August 10, 2016. Secondly. Mr. [redacted] has requested monthly statements. It has been explained to him that monthly statements arc not sent on delinquent loans. Mr. [redacted] pays by check. Therefore he has knowledge of payments being received.
