Robin, We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience.   We pride ourselves on being a premier dry cleaner.  We did follow the cleaning instructions on the tags for the dresses.  Unfortunately, the beads did not withstand the gentle cleaning.   They are still intact but some have discolored.  As a good will gesture and in an effort to satisfy this complaint I am willing to extend the following final offier.      $400 and the two dresses back in your possession.   Please advise if this is satisfactory.    Thank you! Sara
