hello,Please be aware the address is incorrect in my filing as I cannot find an address anywhere online that is related to this business nor can I find a telephone number or email address.My issue:I bought from this company at the end of December and when I bought from them, I immediately sent them a message stating that I had bought the wrong digital planner and could I please get the correct one that I meant to buy. Their online customer service was closed as it was Dec 30th and it took quite a few days (Jan 2nd) for them to get back to me. They told that per their return/ exchange policy that they could do nothing for me and that I would just have to buy the correct planner I needed again. I messaged them back and asked them to give me a little grace as I just purchased the wrong one and wanted an exchange for the new one. This product is all digital. This is an online company only. I submitted a review on how disappointed I was in lack of customer service, however they only post positive reviews on their website and did not post mine. This is very misleading to any customers that would like to buy from them.Thank you for your time,***
