Dont take your car here! Fixed my car now smoke is coming out the ac
They damaged my bumper and they didn't fix my car right and they put the sticker on the wrong side of my tags.
My 2020 Kia Rio got in a serious accident totaling more than $8,000 and Reinharts Auto Body fixed my car. They also put my tags on and put the sticker on the wrong side and drilled holes in my bumper! And and after getting my car fixed I had to bring the car back to *** the manager to get fixed and later after taking my car to Taylor Kia to get the first oil change they realized it was leaking hydraulic in the rear end that they were supposed to fix.
I want them to fix my bumper where they put holes in it and refund me for the hydraulic fluid they didn't fix it right
The fluid leaking had nothing to do with the company's work. The OEM part was defective and covered under the warranty. The company also attached the consumer's plate properly for her. Consumer acknowledged the company addressed the issues and the complaint has been resolved.
